I filed my taxes on turbo tax, and they were accepted February *, ****. I put down my husbands prepaid green dot card for my refund to come back to, and then I find out that the green dot bank would reject my refund and send back to IRS, which did happen today!(February **,****) I don't know why this information was not more widely available to prevent filers from making this mistake. So I would have had my refund TODAY but because they allow you to put someone else's account down without even warning you that it will be rejected, I do not. And All I want to know is how long can I expect it to take for the IRS to send me my check in mail? being that it was already processed one time?
