Hello I was hoping you would be able to help me. Turbo Tax informed me that I was to get my refund on the **th. My status has not changed ever since my return was accepted my the IRS. On the *th of Feb ****. We have done my wife's and my daughter days after completing my and they each have gotten their returns. Its very strange as to why my returns status has not moved and has not be paid. I have contacted Turbo Tax and they have informed me that they see no issues or reg flags on their end. And I've been informed that i should contact the IRS. I e-filed on ******** and the IRS accepted it on ******** and the status has not moved and its been over ** days and ive yet to get my return but others in my family filed days after me and have gotten theirs already.
GetHuman-mrfishre did not yet indicate what IRS should do to make this right.
