The issue in GetHuman2225473's own words
I received a letter in the mail on February **th stating that I owe taxes from **** that amount to ***.**. At the time my name was Sarah Mooneyhan and I was living in Cohoes Ny and filed single zero. I was put on a payment plan that year and it was paid off in full. I dealt with the irs last year making sure all my taxes were paid in full from ****-**** and I was told everything was up to date and nothing further was owed. My notice is CP**, and my caller ID number is ******.
