I recently received a notice stating that I owe $5,[redacted] in back taxes from my [redacted] return. Additionally, there was $1,[redacted] added for interest and penalties. Unfortunately, on April 25, [redacted], I experienced a seizure while in bed, leading to a fall. I was found stuck on the floor after 8 hours by a neighbor who called an ambulance. This incident resulted in crushed shoulders, which required immediate medical attention. Further examinations at MUSC revealed a brain tumor, leading to multiple hospital visits, with another scheduled to replace the cap in my head. Given my current situation as a retired individual on a fixed income at 70, I can manage paying the $5,[redacted] in installments but am unable to cover the $1,[redacted] due to my financial constraints.

My $[redacted].00 refund from [redacted] and $[redacted].00 refund from [redacted], with AGIs of $5,[redacted] and $7,[redacted] respectively, were both seized allegedly for student loan repayment. I never faced penalties for Obamacare. I am troubled by the lack of transparency on how the money was allocated and concerned about losing my [redacted] refund. Despite my efforts to resolve the loans, I worry about facing the same issue again. Given my age, past homelessness, and low income, my earnings around $15,[redacted] should reflect the challenging financial circumstances. I seek clarity on whether my [redacted] refund will also be taken.

Hello, I previously worked at IHOP and have been trying to get my W-2 since tax season. Despite many calls to request it, I have not received any information yet. They mentioned it's not their problem and later said they needed to investigate. I have an extension until October, and time is running out. I fear I'll face consequences for not filing my taxes due to not having the W-2. I contacted the IRS, but the information they sent me was not available. I'm feeling helpless as I followed advice from H&R Block with no results. I urgently need assistance before facing repercussions for a situation that's not my fault.

I am having trouble obtaining my W-2 form from IHOP, and the process has been challenging. I have completed all the necessary steps, but I need the form to file my taxes before the deadline approaches. Even after seeking advice from H&R Block and following their instructions, I still have not received the form. I am at risk of facing consequences for not filing on time, and reaching out to the IRS resulted in a blank document being sent to me. I kindly request assistance in contacting IHOP in Danville, VA, specifically the manager Latoya, to expedite the process of obtaining my W-2 form. I appreciate any help or guidance in resolving this issue promptly.

Subject: Delay in Receiving Federal Tax Refund Hello, I completed my tax return with my tax preparer a few months ago, but I have not received my federal refund yet. Each time I call, I receive various explanations for the delay. Initially, there was mention of missing paperwork from my workplace, then an identity verification issue, and finally, I was advised to contact my tax preparer. I have confirmed with my workplace that all necessary forms were submitted. I am frustrated with the conflicting information provided by IRS staff and would like my refund promptly. I worked hard for this money, especially during a difficult time as I am managing things alone after my parents passed away. I filed my taxes at Liberty Tax Service with tax preparer Chanel Williams. Thank you. Best regards, J. Fauben

I filed my taxes on time using TurboTax and was informed that I would get a $[redacted] refund within a month. After that, I was told it would take 9 weeks for processing. Following this, I called multiple times over a few months only to be told that there was no definite timeline for receiving the refund. It was cited that new security protocols were causing delays and that I was chosen randomly for additional review. Despite reassurance letters stating the refund was still in progress and no action was needed on my part, a recent letter has requested specific documents. I have been trying to reach out for guidance with no success. It's been almost a year without the refund. I am ready to provide the necessary documents promptly.
