My installment agreement was canceled due to nonpayment. I was unaware that the non-payment occurred. I would like to reestablish my payment agreement, as well as ask for relief from the fail to pay penalty, as well as the interest implemented - both fees equaling about $****. I was on the phone with the representative For about ** minutes before they hung up on me, after I waited ** minutes to speak to a human. The reason for her hanging up was completely unfair, as she failed to listen to my questions, and I was open about the fact that I didn’t understand what exactly she was saying. One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had, top five easily.
