I called on May * when I realized that my turbo tax never transmitted my taxes. I spoke to a very kind representative and explained that this is the first time this has ever happened to me, in viewing my history you will see that I’ve never missed or been late on a tax payment. She looked at my account, saw that the payments were being processed and noted that there were no penalties. All payments cleared my bank account that week May * and May *. Over the weekend I received an bill from the IRS for failure to pay, failure your file and interest. As this was an honest and first time mistake, I’d like to request that we waive the failure to file and failure to pay, as I have indeed filed and paid. **Would love to speak with someone regarding next steps **Thank you*Regina Lerit
