I had been to iHop many times in your white haven location, however, your wilkes-barre location is an embarrassment. I went with my mother for breakfast. I have worked in busy establishments, so I am very patient with the time. The manager sat us at a table with a bill and ** dollars still left on the table. Then three girls, and the manager sat stood at the counter talking. Not once were we waited on. Finally when we thought we were, it was just a waitress removing the bill from the previous customer. So after ten minutes we got up. Magically a waitress then wanted to do her job. When we were leaving the manager (who clearly saw us not being served) told us have a good day. We had explained that we waited and not one person helped us. Her response was “Oh sorry”. As a manager? This is why your wilkes-barre location had to close for a week. Awful, awful experience. Even when you go to Denny’s the server will at least get your drink within the first five minutes.
