Help with my IHOP Restaurants issue

Enjoy breakfast with my family ... Hi good morning. My name is Christina. This morning my family and I decided to dine at iHop located at *** South Semoran Blvd. Orlando, Florida *****. My house hold eats out **% of the time. We dine all over so are fully aware of how restaurants should perform during a peak rush.**Zack our host did an AMAIZING JOB!! He was non stop seating people & busing tables. He was also picking up the slack for our horrible server(John). We would have never gotten our coffee if it was not for Zack.**John our server was by far the worst server my family and I has ever experienced. We never got our coffee from him although he passed our table many times. He messed up our order and we never did get everything we ordered. My son's sunny side up never made it to our table.**My daughter went up to the register to pay. After her standing in front of the register John(our server) told her she could not pay up there. So I went up with her trying to figure out why he would not except our payment from the register when I had seen many people pay up there. At that point he very quickly and rudely took the payment while saying "FINE, I WILL STOP EVERYTHING I'M DOING AND HELP YOU" My eyes opened wide, I look around and this had caught people's attention. A gentlemen commented on this so I vented the situation to him and with that vent I did say "he's a ****** server" at that moment John came flying from around the corner telling me off. He spoke fast with anger towards me I looked at him and replied "did you just comment back?" He stood up in front of me and said "Yeah! You just called me a ****** server!" I said "Yes I did because it's true, you are the worst server I've ever had." He then said "I don't care" that is when I asked for his manager.**My son who did not even experience the server the way I did at the register and before that even happened he commented he never wants to eat here again. Our experience was horrible before John started lashing out on me.**I do want to mention our food did come out fast and besides missing a few items the server never took out to us the food was fresh and cook properly. Good job to the cooks and to our host Zack.
John our server needs a course on how to be a server and customer relations.
I'm appalled but it behavior of this service and just had to voice or experience.
I ate at a different iHop location a week ago. Due to a local even the iHop that day was more packed than this location and it was a wonderful experience.
I spoke with the manager who said he will handle this.
