Xmas Eve, here in Plano TX I received the worst experience ever. I've been a regular customer for the past * years at this location myself and my spouse were here and my order came half completed. The waitress had an rude attitude because I sent my order back to be completed. I asked to speak with the manger whom after another ** minutes finally arrived. The Manager claimed he was in the kitchen cooking, I didn't understand that because their only about * tables with other customers. *I had ordered the build your omelet with pancakes, the omelet came out in normal time, the pancakes took an additional ** minutes. After I explained to the waitress I wanted a fresh order her attitude was so unappealing and inappropriate. I immediately asked for the Manager whom as I stated earlier wasn't available for ** minutes. John was the Manager this was at the Plano Pkwy location, In Plano TX.

GetHuman-arielpog did not yet indicate what IHOP Restaurants should do to make this right.
