I had a charge added to my I pass on ********** @ **:** and *:**PM and another on **********. These were not my charges, as we sold the vehicle in October or November of last year. The person selling the van for us neglected to take the front plates off of the van. Whom ever had purchased the van placed the front plates on their car. If you look at the picture taken, you will notice there is no license plate sticker on the plate. I have a fee for **.** due. Do I still need to pay for this or can it be reversed?
