The issue in GetHuman-bravewol's own words
I traveled on I-*** on Feburary **th. The cash stations were closed. When I got home I immediatley setup a "Pay By Plate" account, entered my plate number (***WST, account * **********). It was communicated on the web site that "For up to ** days after you’ve traveled, you can now enter your vehicle and payment information into the Pay By Plate system... will bill you the cash rate for your unpaid tolls". Today I get a bill with late fees in the mail. When I log into my account, there is no activity, however, a banner states "Account has license plate(s) linked to open violation(s).", but I cannot view these. I did everything right but still got a bill with penalty fees. Please help remove these fees and confirm why the system did not pay these tolls automatically.*Thank You!**John Cichon
