How can I challenge usage, when there are charges that I am not clear about, My account keeps getting replenished when I am not using I-Pass. I quit using I-Pass, but still keep getting my account replenished. I get no help from I-Pass as to what is going on. They brush me off. I challenged through the credit card company, and the couldn't get a straight answer, either. I am ready to close the account if I can find out how to pay without stopping at booths or using the present transponder system. I go to Chicago twice a week, but have to avoid the tollway altogether.
GetHuman-gacliff did not yet indicate what I-Pass Illinois should do to make this right.
