Upon finishing my *-hour driver improvement course on June *, I was not given an option to download my certificate even though the help center states that is an option. It is now June **, I still have not received my certificate, and I have to submit it to the court by June ** (the day after tomorrow) in order to prevent my DL from being suspended. I have called every customer support number I can find and have been on hold for over an hour multiple times, I have emailed wecare@idrivesafely, I have searched the website in its entirety for download options or instructions and have not seen anything. PLEASE help me. I need to receive a copy of my certificate as soon as possible so I can have this issue resolved. I work in a facility that requires me to have a valid license and therefore my employment is at risk. I appreciate absolutely anything you can do to help me and hope I can get this resolved today. Thank you.

How GetHuman3069901 fixed the problem
Called the customer service line multiples times. The only way I was able to get someone on the phone is when I hit the options to purchase a new course. Other than that, I was put continuously on hold.
