Get reimbursed ... On September **th, Ms. Linn LeBlanc reserved me * rooms and completed the credit card authorization form for the rooms. I received * online request for both rooms and checked in for one only and upon checking into the hotel the receptionist informed me of such. The receptionist then stated no problem that she would check me into the other room and the appropriate credit card would be charged not mine which was only for a hold. Upon checking out I spoke with Manager Bryan Vargas Ramirez who stated he would get it cleared, well it hasn't and both Ms. LeBlanc and I both have been charged. I need this corrected immediately, also if the receptionist are not familiar with their duties then they should not be assisting customers and making these mistakes that I now have to keep wasting time repeatedly trying to get corrected since neither the manager nor receptionist provided good customer service.*My name is Edgardo Burgos my stay was on September **th at the Orlando International Airport Hyatt Regency.
This is frustrating because the customer service is terrible.
Free nights for the terrible experience.
I am a Hyatt member and plan on using Hyatt in the future but now I must say I have doubt.
