I did not recieve the best customer service. Housekeeping did not clean the room or provide me with new linen and towels. As informed by the management, we had to request housekeeping to clean which I believe is unfair. I should not have to request for cleaning. My sheets were dirty to begin with and then to add insult to injury, I wws told I have to put the sheets on myself. Also, even though the hotel is pet friendly, my neighbors had dogs who were constantly barking. When I asked to be moved, I was told there was nothing that can be done. As a paying customer, it was a huge inconvience. As a result I did not enjoy my stay at this hotel. I would like to request that if not all of my money be returned, then at least only charged for a one night stay.
