I purchased a chainsaw from your company * years ago. ***E series. I have only been able to use it * times for that duration. I have had it serviced on a regular basis and it still has proven to be totally unreliable! It never starts and I have to keep taking it back . After * years of total frustration, I have decided to purchase a new one. I paid over $*** for * years of useless reliability! Your company should be ashamed of ripping off your customers!
