We need a replacement switch, that attaches to the wall switch - not the *$%*% fan, to turn the fan on and off. That's it! ... My husband is ** years old, with a detached retina and cannot climb up to look for your stupid model number. Why? because we don't need it. What we need is the little replacement *****, for the fan control. NOT the **** fan. We bought two *****, from Lowe's and neither worked. We have emailed you, called, you, on both numbers, had our phone tied up for close to an hour only to have the connection ring once, and then go to busy signal and then a disconnect. What a (not) great company you all are. I'm sorry I ever purchased anything from you. Oh, yes, and if you're in the area, please do come by and read the model number, that we don't need but you won't help us without it.
We went to Lowe's, purchased two different switches, neither work. Both say that they WILL work, but they don't.
They need to send me the proper switch to go on the swith plate - I don't need a new fan - yet.
This fan - ** years. One small request for help and zip!
