The issue in GetHuman-rippromo's own words
TRANSFER PATIENT TO STABLE, SAFE ENVIRONMENT ... SARASOTA MEMORIAL WAS NOT SUPPOSED TO DISCHARGE HUMANA MEMBER UNTIL SUNSET LAKES OPENED ON MONDAY. THE CASE WORKER FOR HER DISCHARGE FROM SMH IN SARASOTA DISCHARGED HER ANYWAY* TO CONSULATE. WE HAVE FILED A GRIEVANCE WITH CONSULATE EARLIER THIS YEAR IN REGARDS TO SAFETY, CARE AND SANITATION. SO, WE DID NOT WANT HER AT ANOTHER CONSULATE FACILITY. NONE THE LESS MEMBER WAS SENT TO CONSULATE. SUNSET LAES HAS BEEN WAITING ON YOUR “PEER- TO PEER” REVIEW. THEY WILL TAKE PATRICIA. **HOWEVER CONSULATE SAYS SHE IS NOT ALLOWED TO TRANSFER BECAUSE HUMANA WON’T ALLOW IT. EVEN THOUGH YOUR REP FOR DAYS NOW SAID SHE WAS APPROVED FOR THE TRANSFER. SOMEONE IS NOT TELLING THE TRUTH. MEANWHILE MY MOTHER HAS BEEN BACK TO THE ER UNDER THE CARE OF CONSULATE IN SARASOTA. ADDITIONALLY HER STATE HAS SEVERELY DETERIORATED. HER ISSUES HAVE WORSENED. SHE IS NOT BEING TAKEN CARE OF. THIS IS A SEVERE SAFETY AND HEALTH ISSUE* BY STOPPING THIS TRANSFER. THIS FACILITY SHE IS AT NOW SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!!!!! WE NEED HELP PLEASE!!
SHE'S VERY SICK. I'VE LOST MY FATHER DUE TO THEIR AWFUL AND BROKEN SYSTEM!!! I WILL NOT, AND I REPEAT, WILL NOT----- LOSE MY MOTHER AS WELL, TO YOUR CARELESSNESS!!!! I WILL FIGHT ON A LEVEL YOUR COMPANY HAS NEVER WITNESSED BEFORE!
