The issue in GetHuman-emmahein's own words
My fianc*e and my daughter are covered by Humana, HOWEVER the last few drs. appts that they have had NONE of the bill was covered AT ALL, and we would like to file an appeal on that. Even if something is outside the network SOME portion of it should be covered. Even the hospital lady think that is ridiculous. Also there was a prescription written for them one time and when we went to pick it up the price was outstanding. We asked why insurance didn't pick it up and when they ran the insurance they said that the number and person that they ran didn't exist. We asked my fianc*es HR lady for a most recent copy of the coverage card went back and THEY STILL COULD NOT find my fianc*e in the system. What is going on????? This is ridiculous. Last year his prescriptions were not covered because you had his birthdate in the system wrong so it wasn't matching up to the pharmacy. Please get ahold of me.
