I have experienced an issue where Episodes of Yellowstone that I recorded on my DVR disappeared without me deleting them or running out of space. This has happened multiple times, causing me to miss out on watching these episodes. I am puzzled as to why this keeps occurring, as I was under the impression that recordings only get removed if I delete them or if there's no space left. It is frustrating not to have access to these shows when I planned to watch them. I believe this issue needs to be addressed, and I hope to find a solution to prevent any further deletions without my interference.

I followed the instructions to cancel my Disney bundle with Verizon to add it back after creating a new ad-free Hulu account with the same email. Unfortunately, the old Hulu account linked to the first Disney bundle was not removed, hindering me from activating the new Hulu account and linking it to my paid one. The email for the stuck account is [redacted], but I need it removed to proceed. Disney claims it's not on their end. Despite a 2.5-hour call with a Hulu customer service rep and their supervisor, no solution was found. I require assistance to resolve this issue as the main purpose of canceling with Verizon was to upgrade to ad-free Hulu and pay the difference.

I contacted my bank about a month ago to request a refund from your company for fraudulent charges from an unknown account. Initially, I was informed that the refund would reflect in my bank account within 3-5 business days. However, it has been significantly longer than that. During a three-way call with an agent, it was verified that I am indeed owed a refund. I kindly ask that you honor your commitment and refund the money that was stolen from me as assured during our phone conversation.

While watching shows on Hulu, I've noticed that the cursor doesn't disappear, even in fullscreen mode. It would be ideal for the cursor to vanish along with the progress bar and other menu items for an uninterrupted viewing experience. I reached out to Hulu via Twitter (@Hulu & @hulu_support) about this matter. Although there was mention of the issue being resolved in a previous response, it's still persistent for me. I'm using Firefox on Arch Linux (x86_64) with KDE Plasma. Interestingly, YouTube and a test HTML webpage successfully hide the cursor, indicating the problem might be specific to Hulu. I recently attempted to start a Hulu Free Trial today (7/22/21) which was supposed to end on August 22nd. However, after creating the account, I received an error message saying "an error occurred" and was unable to access my account or reset my password. It seems that there is now an account in my name, Shelby Dolan, that I cannot use, cancel, reset, or upgrade. I would like to have this account canceled so I can reapply or reset it. I have been charged $32.01 monthly for a service I never signed up for. I ordered a voice-controlled remote months ago, but never opened it or used a streaming service. I struggle to operate my Roku TV with one remote. As a retired RN on a fixed income raising a grandchild due to a family tragedy, I prioritize basic needs over expenses. I tried contacting the provided phone number, but only found a website. I urge for a resolution as legal action is a last resort.

I have a Disney bundle, but I've been charged for Hulu basic plan despite canceling it. The charges have been ongoing since June. I've contacted customer service multiple times, but they claim they can't see the charges as it's through a third party. I have emails showing the monthly charges since June, but customer service seems unaware. They keep asking if I want to cancel Hulu, but nothing changes. I've spent a lot of time on calls and chats trying to resolve this since June without success. If it's not addressed soon, I may need to consider filing fraud charges and taking legal action. There are notes on my account confirming the cancellation and refund request, yet I haven't received the refund and keep getting charged each month.

I recently signed up for Hulu online using my personal information and credit card details. However, upon trying to log in for the first time, I was informed that my account was blocked. After requesting a password reset, I followed the link sent to my email and set a new password. Unfortunately, upon attempting to log in with the new password, my account remained blocked. I repeated the password reset process multiple times without success and have been unable to contact customer support to resolve the issue due to being unable to log in. This frustrating situation leaves me unable to access the service I paid for and without the ability to cancel my subscription.

Hello, I signed up for a Hulu subscription in India in February [redacted]. Despite successfully registering and paying for the free trial, I was unable to access the account or watch anything due to geographical restrictions in India. Unfortunately, I couldn't even cancel my subscription as the website wasn't accessible from India. I recommend that Hulu stops accepting payments from India if the service is not available there. The experience has been frustrating and feels like exploitation. I had to ask a relative in the USA to assist with resolving the issue. Could you please cancel my subscription, deactivate the account, and refund the money? I was unable to use Hulu's services or cancel my subscription personally. I attempted to log in and reset my password but struggled with the verification boxes for human user checks. Despite being billed monthly, I have not utilized your service. The stress of dealing with this situation is overwhelming, and I kindly request that my account under Dawn Sadoff Eshaghi with the email [redacted] be deleted. I believe the last four digits of the card I used are [redacted]. I was recently charged again, but I am not looking to continue at this time. I would appreciate it if you could review my lack of usage and consider issuing a refund.

I tried the Hulu trial that came with my new Roku TV purchase. I have now paid for my second month but in the 3rd month of usage. I find the media library lacking in titles for both my 3-year-old and myself. The streaming quality was better than Netflix, which often had lag issues. Whenever Netflix failed, Hulu streamed seamlessly with no interruptions. However, the limited supply of interesting titles led to frustration and disappointment. After a long day with my children, I just want some time to relax without constant demands. If Hulu offered more content, I would continue, but sadly, it does not. Please cancel my subscription. Thank you.

I encountered difficulties while attempting to upgrade my Hulu account to include Hulu Live. Initially, I discovered that my Hulu account was linked to Spotify. When I tried to upgrade using Spotify, the link redirected me to the starting page without allowing me to progress further. Additionally, I suspect my account may be associated with my Apple TV through my iPhone, although I rarely use this service. Desperate to proceed with purchasing Hulu Live, I canceled my Spotify premium package. However, upon attempting to log into my Hulu account today, I was unable to, likely due to the disconnection from the premium Spotify account. I am unsure how to proceed and have faced numerous obstacles trying to accomplish this on my own. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I keep receiving emails regarding the end of my free Hulu trial and the shows that have been watched. I did not sign up for this trial and cannot log in to cancel it. I am unable to contact Hulu as I do not have access to the account. It is frustrating that someone is using my email, especially when the emails mention logins from America while I am from Scotland. Please delete my account and all details associated with it. I do not watch television, do not want to be charged, and do not want anyone else using my credentials. The multiple emails I receive daily need to stop. I do not wish to see what content is being accessed using my email. Kindly remove all information linked to my email address.

During my free trial with Hulu that started around July 18, [redacted], I had a live chat session for 90 minutes due to issues with audio on streaming content. The Hulu technician extended my trial by one week, but for the past month, I have not been able to use Hulu at all. Despite attempts to watch shows, the audio problem persisted, and customer service could not resolve it. It seems unauthorized and fraudulent if I am charged for any premium service considering the lack of streaming after the initial sign-up period. I signed up for Hulu for my Mom when it was available for $1.99/month, but the streaming quality has been consistently poor. The service has frequent breaks and the picture keeps flickering on her smart TV, even though she doesn't experience this issue with other streaming platforms. I'm concerned that the low price may be the reason for the subpar performance of the service. My Mom is elderly and not tech-savvy, so I wanted her to have a variety of shows to watch. I have been trying to contact Hulu regarding a couple of double charges I received from them but have not been able to access their customer support page for information on how to reach them. I keep encountering this message: "We can't log you in because of an issue with single sign-on. Contact your Salesforce admin for help," even though I am not using single sign-on. The following are the charges I have received from them recently and would like the extra charges refunded. I recently downloaded the app to monitor my credit card statement due to noticing unauthorized charges on my account monthly. After checking, I discovered I was being billed for a Hulu account that I have never signed up for. It seems someone has used my information without permission to create this account. I am seeking a refund for these charges as I did not authorize this transaction and do not have a Hulu account.

This is the second time I have been disconnected from Hulu. I am frustrated with the situation. Losing my password is unacceptable. It is challenging to reach your customer service as well. I have provided all the requested information through email, yet you claim you cannot find it. Paying for this service is becoming pointless. Our family enjoys watching Hulu, but the constant buffering and interruptions are annoying. The service glitches regularly, especially at night. It is becoming unbearable. Hello, on or around August 26, I signed up for a free trial with Hulu as part of a birthday promotion. Recently, while checking my bank account, I noticed two charges from Hulu. One charge was for $4.99, and I couldn't determine what it was for. I remember signing up for a few trials, but one lasted longer than 7 days. I canceled one trial and tried another, but it seems I was charged unexpectedly. However, that's not the main issue here. Upon restarting my service, I was charged without receiving a gift trial, and I'm not finding movies that interest me. I would like a refund since I was charged right away without the expected offer.
