I am considering canceling my Hulu subscription due to their support of Fox News, whose tactics I believe involve spreading disinformation and lies about Joe Biden. I feel that continuing to align with Fox News does not contribute positively to our country's healing. I have already ended relationships with other companies supporting Fox News and will do the same with Hulu unless significant changes are made. My goal is to encourage others to reconsider their support as well. Thank you. -J.W.

I just wanted to report that I am not a current HULU subscriber. However, I recently received an email from Capital One alerting me about fraudulent charges made on my MasterCard. My old Capital One card ending in [redacted] was used for a Hulu charge of $[redacted].25, which was declined. I have since cancelled that card. The message from Capital One advised me to update my payment information directly with Hulu to avoid future issues. Unfortunately, reaching Hulu to address this issue has been challenging, making me unlikely to consider subscribing to their service in the future.

I have two concerns regarding my Hulu + Live TV service. Firstly, my viewing experience on Hulu + Live TV is constantly being interrupted by buffering issues. How can this be resolved? Secondly, when I initially subscribed to Hulu + Live TV, the price was $54.99, and I had access to my favorite shows on the Travel Go Station. However, with the recent introduction of Discovery + at an additional cost of $4.99 per month, my total monthly charge is now $64.99 plus tax, and the Go Stations have been removed. Additionally, I used to enjoy watching MN Wild Hockey and Minnesota Gopher Hockey games, which are no longer available on Hulu. I am disappointed with the increase in monthly fees, loss of channels, and elimination of sports content. These changes have led me to consider switching to another streaming service. It is unfortunate that such decisions may lead to a loss of customers for Hulu + Live TV.

I have been a satisfied Hulu customer for several years and have added an extra service through Hulu, which I'm happy to pay for. Now Hulu is asking for an additional $65 per month for shows that used to be included in the standard price. I wonder why I would need to pay that much when I was content with my previous plan. It would be great if customers could choose between a slight increase in the monthly fee or the full $65. This change in pricing has unfortunately made me reconsider my subscription. I would appreciate Hulu offering the option to pay a small additional amount for the same shows we used to get without the significant extra cost. The recent exclusion of shows like "The Neighborhood" and all Bravo programs is disappointing. I hope Hulu will consider a more reasonable solution for customers like me who are not willing to pay the extra $65. I will have to cancel my Hulu subscription if we cannot find a compromise. I have encountered unwanted guests on my Hulu account. They breached my iPhone, changed my password, and email address. I needed to switch my old email, seventhsummer [redacted] It took me three months to resolve this by closing the breached account and creating a new email. I also had to update my Roku account. Despite these efforts, the issue persists since I am still using the same iPhone that my security service recommends against. Due to financial constraints caused by Covid-19, I had to create a new account for my daughter in Bakersfield. However, illegal charges are appearing on her account connected to my payment method. I have been trying to recover my Hulu accounts every week since December. I want to bring to your attention that I have two Hulu accounts, one under [redacted] and another closed account under [redacted], which was compromised.

When I arrived home and switched on the TV, I tried to access Hulu. However, I received a message stating that I appeared to be away from home and using the connection somewhere else, and this was the second occurrence. I am bewildered as I have not been the one using the connection outside of my home. The on-screen instructions did not resolve the issue, so I am seeking clarity on why this is happening and who might be accessing my Hulu account from a different location. I would appreciate assistance in restoring my Hulu connection as I would like to continue enjoying my television shows. Thank you.

Hi, My name is Abi from Fall City, WA, and I'm a fan of your Hulu app on my TCL smart TV. However, I've been having constant issues with it not loading properly despite having a strong internet connection and trying to reset my TV multiple times. It usually stops playing after a few minutes, alternating between the show and a loading screen until it eventually kicks me off with a connection error message. I recently signed up for the 7-day Hulu+ trial, which was confirmed by the $1 charge on my card. I am facing a couple of issues that I need assistance with. I have been unsuccessful in resetting the password that I used during sign-up as I forgot to write it down immediately. Despite trying the reset link multiple times, it has not been successful. Eventually, after multiple attempts, I was prompted to re-subscribe, where I realized I had been a subscriber some years ago. Unfortunately, I am unsure which password is in the system. Dear Customer Service, I recently began a 30-day trial which started a few days ago, and I am concerned to see a charge of $60 something dollars on my account. Yesterday, I encountered an issue while watching my show on the app. It suddenly became unavailable and mentioned something about my location, which was not requested during sign-up. I also linked a second device in my home yesterday which experienced the same problem. I used most of my device limit while troubleshooting with an Amazon customer service representative during my Prime membership usage on the Firestick. Despite recommendations from friends, I am currently dissatisfied with the application. If these issues are not promptly addressed and resolved, I may not continue with the app after the trial period. I have two Hulu accounts, one linked to [redacted] and the other to [redacted] I've attempted to cancel my subscription for several months but kept getting charged. Despite cancelling each time I noticed the charges, the problem persists. This week, every time I try to cancel, I encounter an error saying the service is down. The continuous charges are frustrating as I haven't used the service. The apology messages for the inconvenience are not helping, and I want this issue resolved and my money refunded. It's disheartening to feel like I'm being taken advantage of when I've been trying to cancel regularly.

I have canceled my Hulu account multiple times, possibly up to five times, but I keep getting charged. When I call, I only get a computer voice instructing me to go online, which is not helpful either. Each time I try to cancel through Hulu's website, I receive an error message about the site being down. This situation has been going on for months, and I continue to be charged for a service I haven't used. Getting assistance is nearly impossible, and canceling online is always problematic. I believe I deserve a refund as I am being charged for a service I no longer want. I need to cut unnecessary expenses as I am in the process of buying a home. Please address this issue promptly. I recently noticed an unexpected charge of $69.00 from Hulu on my account. Typically, I am only billed $14 monthly. At the time of the charge, I had $20 available in my account to cover it. While attempting to log in to Hulu, I initially thought my account had been cancelled. I realized that my password had been changed. Despite numerous tries, I did not receive the password reset email from Hulu. After further investigation, I discovered an email from a few days ago containing a temporary password for my Disney+ and Hulu accounts. Additionally, the email mentioned the addition of showtime, HBO, and Cinemax, which likely contributed to the over $60 charge. This situation leads me to believe that my card information may have been compromised due to a hack on my Hulu account. What steps should I take to address this issue?

This morning on Wed. 3/10/21, I logged into Hulu on my living room TV successfully with my email and password. However, tonight as I wanted to watch TV in bed, I was prompted to log in again but Hulu didn't recognize me. I use both TVs regularly and pay over $75 a month for my subscription. I am experiencing frustrating issues with my TV shows not continuing to the next episode. After any episode ends, it automatically switches to "Days of Our Lives," which included a distressing scene triggering bad memories for my wife. Despite not searching for or watching the show before, it keeps playing every time an episode ends. This unexpected switch is causing both my wife and I distress. There seems to be no way to remove or prevent this show from playing. I urgently need assistance in resolving this matter as it only upsets us further with each occurrence. I have not found a solution through the phone app or on my smart TV. I would appreciate a prompt response to address this issue.

Lately, I've noticed a change on Hulu while watching my shows. Instead of regular timed commercials, there are now targeted clickable ads that interrupt the show at crucial moments. To continue watching, you have to interact with the ad on your TV or Roku device, which is frustrating. It feels like a ploy to get viewers to engage with specific ads before allowing them to proceed with watching their show. I believe this targeted advertising tactic is invasive and disrupts the viewing experience. Hulu should reconsider the placement and timing of these ads to ensure a smoother viewing experience for its users.

I was charged $70 on March 4 and again on March 19 for my Hulu monthly subscription for live TV. It seems the charges are coming from two different emails connected to my account, [redacted] and [redacted] I am seeking a refund for the double charges in February and March, specifically under my [redacted] email. I only use the wownetwork email and have not knowingly signed up for two separate accounts. The repeated billing errors have caused my account to go into the negative, affecting my ability to pay for other essential expenses like car insurance. I have canceled the incorrect subscription under the M John Hart email but am still being charged. I urgently require a refund for the unauthorized charges and hope this matter can be resolved promptly without further bank fees. Please address this issue promptly to rectify the financial strain caused by the recurring errors.

I would like to share feedback with Hulu's policy team. As a new paying customer, I understand the importance of commercials. However, I prefer to enjoy them without the unnecessary inclusion of certain political topics like women's rights, gender neutrality, pronouns, social justice, and Black Lives Matter. I believe Hollywood should focus less on these issues and more on entertainment. In my opinion, diverse opinions should be respected, and I am not in favor of being exposed to one-sided views. I do not have, nor do I want, a yearly Hulu subscription. One was created with my credit card number, and now I no longer have the option to try Hulu monthly. My trial ended on February 6th, and I did not subscribe, but now I can't. Contemplating a monthly subscription, there are movies I would like to access. Due to this fraudulent attempt to use my credit card, I had to cancel it as there is no live customer service available to speak to. I need to have my name, information, and account request removed from Hulu. This situation was upsetting and disruptive and could have seriously impacted my Visa account. I need to talk with a live person to resolve this issue and remove this fraudulent account. It is not on my TV.
