I'm having trouble with Hulu on my Vizio TV. I keep getting an error message about needing a home location, even though I purchased a package that should not require one. It's frustrating because I specifically chose this package to avoid having to provide a home location. My dad, who is in a camper while farming, also can't access it, so I'm considering cancelling if a home location is necessary. I even attempted to use my real home location, but it didn't work.

My streaming got interrupted at 6:53 a.m. due to an anonymous proxy or VPN error. I understand the reason behind it, but I find it inconvenient. I am disappointed with the lack of phone support available. The customer service experience has been frustrating. I would like to cancel my account right away. I was charged for services last night, even though I couldn't use them. I request a full refund to be issued promptly.

We are experiencing frequent disruptions while watching our favorite shows on TV. Despite trying all the troubleshooting steps recommended on Hulu's website, including clearing the cache, restarting the program, and reinstalling the app, the issue persists. If this problem continues, we may have to consider canceling our subscription. Your assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated as we truly value our subscription with Hulu. How can I disable adult content ads in my account? I don't want my son to be exposed to inappropriate commercials like the one with two girls kissing that he saw while I was watching TV. My wife immediately assumed I was watching something inappropriate. I support progressive and equal rights, but some ads can be too much. Is there a way to filter out adult commercials while still allowing access to other content on my account?

I am considering switching my TV service to Hulu and have a few inquiries. 1) I have four TVs situated in different areas of the house, and currently, DirecTV utilizes boxes on all the TVs through cable. 2) Can I watch TV or movies on at least two TVs simultaneously without cable, since the TVs are not smart TVs? 3) We frequently record our shows, so what options do I have for recording our programs? Could you provide an estimate of the monthly cost considering the information provided?

Hello, my name is Hermes Padilla. I currently have a Hulu account linked to my email [redacted], which is also connected to Spotify. I would like to include HBO Max in my account as well, but I am unable to find this option. I have attempted to navigate to the account management section and the subscription tab, but I do not see any options to switch from the base plan to another. I do not have Hulu, and I have not set up a login yet. However, I have noticed that I have been charged $64 every month. I have been trying hard to log in for assistance, but I am having trouble accessing my account. I tried calling the phone number listed online, but it requires an extension number to connect. I canceled my subscription two months ago, but I have been charged twice since then. Even though my account shows it's canceled, I would like a refund for the unauthorized charges from Hulu. The extra charges caused overdraft fees of $9.95, as well as a $0.85 processing fee for the statements.

Hello, my name is Maria. I attempted to contact customer service but couldn't find a way to speak with a representative. The only options were to visit the website or dial an extension. I haven't used Hulu much at all, and only realized I had been billed for the past two months when I reviewed my bank statements. Due to health reasons, I have stopped working and can't afford the charges. Upon checking my bank account today, I noticed another charge from Hulu for this month. I tried to cancel my account, but couldn't find a refund option. I am requesting a refund as I don't plan on using Hulu, even though I have access to it. Thank you.

I recently noticed two charges on my statement from your company. I have been a loyal Hulu customer for years and have never encountered being double-billed in a single month for two different amounts. I attempted to contact customer service via the provided phone number, but unfortunately, it was disconnected. While I'm aware of the $11.99 charge, there is an unexpected additional $7.00 charge that I did not authorize or recognize the reason for. Upon reviewing my account, I could not find any information explaining this extra charge.

I have been attempting to cancel my subscription, which I may have signed up for a week ago without watching any content. I wanted to try it out but now realize I can't utilize the free trial again if I had it before. This policy came as a surprise to me, and I only discovered it when I tried to register recently. Despite my efforts to cancel through calls and the app, I have not succeeded. I may need to dispute this charge with my credit card company. Although I liked the service, I find it too challenging to restart, and I don't require it as much.

I previously cancelled Hulu Live but noticed a charge for it last month of $74.97 when I updated my card information. Can you please adjust my plan back to the $4.97 rate and provide a refund for last month? Due to losing my job after contracting Covid, I need to save money to get by. I subscribed to Hulu a few months ago - actually, my girlfriend did using my credit card, ending in [redacted]. Unfortunately, we are no longer together, and I have not been able to access the account because I do not have the login details. Her name is Alyssa Mingle. I'm having trouble watching TV without being prompted for a free trial. I expect to enjoy my service without any additional steps. After waiting for 30 minutes for a callback, I spoke with Miesha, who provided minimal assistance. She seemed unfamiliar with my Hulu issue and couldn't grasp the problem. I requested to speak to someone more knowledgeable and have now been on hold for an additional 30 minutes. Hulu's lack of customer concern is evident.

I was surprised to see a charge of 59.39 USD on my account for what I believed was a free trial of Live TV with No ads. I am seeking a refund as the website advertised a free week to test the service, which I intended to do before committing to a subscription. Despite being new to services beyond cable, I decided to explore this option. The front page of Hulu.com clearly states the free trial offer, so I am puzzled as to why I was charged without utilizing the trial period. Thank you, Joe.

I have a $25 Hulu gift card. I inputted the gift card number on my computer, signed in with my email and password, accessed Hulu, signed out, and then tried to sign in on my Roku without success. I attempted to reset my password twice but never received the reset email, even after checking my spam folder. As a 70-year-old, I expect better customer service and need assistance logging in.

I signed up for Hulu on my Fire Stick specifically for the live TV features, but I am disappointed that my CBS and SEC channels have been removed. It's frustrating not being able to watch my favorite shows like Blue Bloods and football games. I am contemplating canceling Hulu and returning to cable as I find it challenging to keep up with the constant changes in order to watch TV. As someone on social security and a retiree budget, the rising costs and limited choices are becoming overwhelming. Please address this issue promptly.

Hello Hulu team, I have noticed an increase in my bill without any valid explanation. The service's quality does not justify the continuous price hikes. The user guide is unhelpful, commercials are excessive, and the channel selection is limited. Additional features come at an extra cost without any significant benefits. The recent price increase makes Hulu as expensive as cable or satellite services but with inferior quality. I understand that individual customers may not be a priority, but I am considering switching to a different streaming platform. I hope that many of your millions of subscribers also recognize these issues. The lack of enhancements coupled with regular price hikes is disappointing. It seems these decisions are driven by executives with differing priorities from customer satisfaction. Unless Hulu aligns its pricing with the value it provides, I will need to cancel my subscription by the end of the month. Thank you, Jaro

I received a suspicious email that appeared to be from you, claiming issues with my Hulu account and threatening closure. However, as I am actively using my Hulu account on both my phone and TV without any problems, I wanted to bring this to your attention.
