I recently received a new debit card, causing my payment to not go through. I am trying to reactivate my account to access the $60 plan. I attempted to activate it through my smart TV using the provided link www.hulu.com/activate and the activation code but was informed I already have an account. I am uncertain how to proceed. I may need to contact customer service for assistance in reactivating my account and upgrading to the $60 plan with my new debit card information.

I am trying to access hulu.com/activate to enable it on my Fire TV, but the website is not allowing me to change my email address to log in. The current email is not associated with a Hulu account, making it impossible for me to access. It’s frustrating to see constant prompts to sign up when existing users like me face difficulties. This trend of complex, non-user-friendly software is becoming prevalent, contributing to the feeling of getting less despite paying more.

For the past few weeks, our Hulu streaming service has been consistently failing across our mobile device, Kindle, and Roku player. On the Roku, content loads indefinitely, requiring multiple attempts to play. Even when pausing a show briefly, it struggles to resume playback without extensive effort. The Kindle prompts to log in, only to then ask for location details, which we struggle to provide. This situation is frustrating and confusing. How can we resolve these issues with Hulu, or should we consider switching to a different streaming platform?

I recently began a free trial, and during that time, my autistic son was excited to watch Spiderman on Hulu. However, while trying to find the show, he accidentally upgraded our account, resulting in charges to my card. I spoke to a representative via live chat who assured me the issue would be resolved, but the upgrade remains on my account without any progress. I believe my Hulu account has been compromised. After a long break, I tried to log in to watch my favorite show only to find out that my email is not recognized, and someone else's email is associated with my account now. Additionally, unauthorized charges for HBO Max, totaling $26+ monthly, are being billed to my credit card by the hacker who took over my account. It is concerning that I cannot find a contact phone number for Hulu customer support to address this security breach.

I continue to be charged for Hulu despite closing my account. Upon logging in, it shows I am unsubscribed. However, I am still debited $6.59 monthly. Reviewing past records, this has been ongoing. While I'm not requesting a refund for previous charges, I demand reimbursement for the current month and resolution to investigate this recurring issue.

My daughter brought her Firestick to college, and last week she discovered it wasn't working. The support team mentioned she was away from our home network for too long, changing our account's home location to East Texas instead of Dallas. We're now receiving East Texas news instead of our preferred Dallas-Fort Worth stations. Please revert our account back to Dallas-Fort Worth as the home location. Thank you.

I have been receiving emails for about a week now about new sign-ins to my account, and then my account email was changed without my authorization. I am subscribed through Apple. I have attempted to call different numbers like [redacted].HULU.[redacted], 1.[redacted], 1.[redacted] numerous times to no avail. The Hulubot was of no assistance, and the "Contact Us" option on the website requires me to log in, which I cannot do since Hulu no longer recognizes my email address. I need assistance restoring my account to its original email [redacted] Currently, I am unwittingly paying for someone to use my account from India. I'm frustrated as I have been unable to reach Hulu through any means available. Thank you for your help.

I am experiencing difficulties accessing my Hulu account. When attempting to log in, the system indicates that my password is incorrect. Following the password reset instructions leads to a message stating that an email will be sent, but I never receive it. Moreover, trying to create a new account results in a message indicating I already have an account. Despite using the same email address for over two decades, I have not received any reset emails after waiting over three days. I have attempted other passwords and email addresses without success. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will need to consider closing my Hulu account. It is frustrating to pay for a service that is not functioning properly.

I have been diligently trying to upgrade my Hulu subscription to Live TV with unlimited screens. I originally purchased the bundle with three channels (including ESPN+) through Disney+ several months ago. Following the instructions, I cancelled my Disney+ subscription but not the entire bundle. Despite numerous attempts, I have been unable to upgrade Hulu as directed through the Hulu app. I have followed the help pages on Hulu's website but keep getting redirected back to Disney+ and then back to Hulu, caught in a frustrating loop. I cannot find a customer service phone number to call for assistance. I just want to upgrade to Live TV and leave DirecTV behind. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated as I'm feeling very frustrated by this situation.

I've been experiencing streaming issues using my mobile hotspot to watch your service on my TV. I initially believed it was a problem with Verizon and have contacted them three times this month. To troubleshoot, I tested my "no throttle" 15 GB limit for streaming with "Game Of Thrones." Surprisingly, there were no buffering issues initially. However, shortly after exceeding the 15 GB limit, the buffering began, making it difficult to watch an episode. I have tried resetting the hotspot and TV multiple times without success. While Netflix works smoothly on the same setup, your platform is not loading the episode to buffer. I plan to contact Verizon again to discuss this ongoing problem with them.

I signed up for a free trial and just borrowed money for college course materials. It's now 2 am, and I found out Hulu charged me for the next month without notice. I want a full refund tonight or I'll file a complaint. If I miss my class, I'll share my experience on social media. Check my account; it was never used. I misunderstood the yearly plan, believing it included live TV. I reached out to Hulu representative, Mary T, who offered me two free weeks of the basic plan, which I mistakenly switched to. This was not a suitable solution. I was then advised to cancel, refund, and resubscribe, requiring me to pay for the service again. A new representative, Jessika J, became argumentative and made contradictory offers. The customer service experience was unpleasant, lasting over an hour on chat. I insisted on honoring the initial offer but faced resistance. Despite enjoying Hulu's service, I find their customer service lacking.

When I access my Hulu home page, instead of seeing the usual shows, all I see are gray boxes. I have tried multiple times, even hours apart, but the issue persists. Hulu is my favorite channel, so it's frustrating to face this problem. I attempted to click on the gray boxes, but nothing happens. I am at a loss for what to do. It was only yesterday that I finally got it working again after a lengthy and pleasant conversation with a representative.

I signed up for a trial and logged in successfully on my computer. However, when I tried to access Hulu on the TVs in both my main house and guest house, I received an error message about my location. Our account is linked to zip code [redacted], but I believe this is incorrect. It seems that our devices always show us being in Atlanta, while we actually reside in Nancy, Kentucky with zip code [redacted].

I am wondering if it's possible to watch local TV channel 10's show "NCIS" on the same day it airs on cable. I currently have access to local news and entertainment shows on time, but I am missing out on the prime-time shows like "NCIS" and "Bull." I thought this was included in my package. I need assistance with a $58.01 charge on my credit card. I am disputing this amount as unauthorized and I want it to be reversed. I should only be charged for the correct package I purchased, which is the Hulu/Disney+/ESPN bundle for $12.99 monthly. I will contact customer service to discuss this. This situation is upsetting as I have a tight budget and this error will cause me to be late on other bills due to your billing system.
