I just renewed my subscription with you it worked fine on the TV at least it showed up. But when I tried to watch something on the TV screen went blank I have talked to you guys several times. And I told him I did not want to pay for our technical support but they still put me onto the screen with a credit card information which I do not want to fill out I would like to cancel my account and refund my money please
