I wanted to share that on average, 30 minutes of TV contains about 8 minutes of commercials. Recently, I decided to watch "Saving Private Ryan" for $10.99 or $11.99 on my regular bundle plan. Despite having a $44.99 account, I endured 1 hour and 1 minute of ads in a 2 hours and 45 minutes movie, resulting in a movie that lasted almost 4 hours due to ads. The $4 price difference for an ad-free experience seems reasonable, but the $15 increase in the live plan for ad-free movies is excessive. I suggest reducing the frequency of ads, considering there were 11 breaks lasting [redacted] seconds each. It would be more reasonable to have 6 breaks, or even 11 breaks, but at [redacted] seconds each instead of nearly 6 minutes every time. Alternatively, offering an ad-free bundle for an additional $7-10 a month with live TV, rather than a $15 increase, would be more acceptable. I apologize for my frustration.

I need urgent help and would like to speak with a manager regarding my recent experience. Yesterday, after contacting an agent about fixing my Hulu, I was directed to perform several actions on my Apple account. Initially, I was assured that no money would be deducted from my account as it was for verification purposes only. However, today I discovered unauthorized transactions totaling $[redacted]. The agent had me download unfamiliar apps such as Cash app and QuickSupport, leading to unexpected charges. These actions have left me with $13 in my account, severely impacting my ability to cover bills and expenses, especially during the holiday season. I have already initiated a fraud claim with my bank, but it could take 10 to 20 days to resolve. I am deeply concerned and urgently seek assistance to address this matter and recover my funds. For the past week, Hulu has been malfunctioning, making it impossible for us to watch anything on our TVs. We subscribe to Hulu Live, which is quite costly. It would be appreciated if we could receive a reimbursement for the service outage. A complimentary month would help compensate for this inconvenience. We are eagerly anticipating a resolution and some form of compensation.

I am unable to stream anything on my TV. An error message pops up stating, "We are having trouble playing this," along with Hulu error code P-DEV320. Even after following all the troubleshooting steps provided on Hulu's help pages, the problem persists. When trying to contact customer support via phone, I receive a message stating they are busy and unable to take the call, followed by a disconnection. I am simply looking for proper access to the streaming service for which I am a paying customer. It is crucial to have customer support that is reachable and responsive to address the needs of customers.

I am having trouble with Hulu. I keep receiving an error message, specifically error code: P-DEV320. I have attempted to resolve the issue by restarting the application multiple times. It is not an internet problem on my end. I am hoping for a quick resolution and clarification on how any potential credit for the service interruption will be processed. I believe customers should be compensated for the downtime, especially after a recent rate increase. Thank you.

My account was charged the upgraded $60 fee, but now I can't access it on my TV. I've checked my internet connection and tried troubleshooting. I live in a one-bedroom apartment with the router 20 feet away. The service was working perfectly two days ago, and now it won't load. This feels unfair and frustrating.

About a month ago, I reached out to Hulu's customer support regarding my issues with the app not working and videos not playing. They assured me it would be fixed within a week, and it did start working. However, the problem has resurfaced. Upon contacting support again, they are now requesting a $5 fee for assistance. I am frustrated that I would need to pay for help with an issue that seems to be their fault. I subscribe to Hulu to watch shows, not deal with error screens. I am quite dissatisfied with the support team's response to this ongoing problem.

I've been unable to stream on Hulu since approximately 2:45pm CST. All my connections are fine. This has happened sporadically before and is getting frustrating. Will this happen often? Do you adjust bills for downtime on your end? Not a great time for this with the upcoming rate increase. I await your response.

I am experiencing issues with Hulu. I was billed $60 yesterday. Today, when I tried to cancel the Live TV part, it stated I can still access it until 1/4. I am confused why I was charged $50 on 12/4, then received an email confirming another $60 charge, with an additional $60 charge on 1/4. I seek clarification regarding being charged a total of $[redacted] in a month for a service that is not functioning. This is unacceptable, and I refuse to pay this sum.

I am unable to stream on Hulu after logging in since around *:** PM CST. All my connections are fine. This seems to be an issue on Hulu's end, and it has happened sporadically to me before, which is getting frustrating. Will this become a regular occurrence? I have already tried emailing, but I am unsure it was successfully sent. I am struggling to access my Hulu account. Despite reaching out to the provided contact numbers, I either get disconnected or greeted by a silent automated response. Some numbers are even reported as out of service. This situation is causing me significant distress. My Hulu subscription is set up for automatic monthly payments from my bank account. Since I have a new account and have not updated my payment details with Hulu, the upcoming payment may not go through. This is urgent! I am unable to get through to customer service for assistance. I now have a new email address as my old one is no longer active, and I am having trouble recalling part of my password. I'm having trouble logging into my account on my computer. It's working fine on my phone, but the website won't load no matter what I do. I've reset my connection, restarted my computer, cleared the cache, tried the app, and everything else. I am frustrated that I can't access a service I paid for, and the support tips aren't helping. The farthest I've gotten is the profile screen, which won't let me click a profile. I've been dealing with this for a week, and I need answers.

We've been experiencing issues with accessing Hulu all day. Despite being able to connect to Amazon Prime and Netflix without any problems, Hulu seems to be unreachable. This is becoming a frequent occurrence, which is frustrating since we pay for the service. Our internet connection is fine, as it works perfectly with other streaming platforms. Since our Hulu subscription is set to increase by $10 on the next billing cycle, we expect it to function properly. It's disappointing that this keeps happening, and we're looking for a solution that doesn't involve canceling our subscription.

Hello, I find it unreasonable that Hulu plans to increase my monthly fee from $45 to $55 while often experiencing difficulties with Hulu Live TV. This morning, I encountered an issue where the app failed to work on my Amazon Fire TV Cube or Stick, causing frustration as most channels were inaccessible. The justification for raising the price by $10 seems unjustified considering the ongoing technical challenges. I am contemplating canceling my Hulu subscription and reverting to traditional cable service due to the reliability concerns.

On December 6, [redacted], I tried to upgrade my Hulu account to Hulu+Live. I used a different Visa card for the free trial, although my usual charges go to my American Express. I contacted Customer Service that day as I had trouble with the upgrade. The representative mentioned my internet speed might not be enough for Live TV and canceled the Visa charge. Surprisingly, I still got charged $48.66 on my American Express for Hulu+Live. I never got to use the service. Can you please credit back my account? Thanks, D. Moore.

I attempted to register for the Black Friday deal at $1.99 per month for the next year but encountered technical difficulties on the website. Consequently, I settled for a 1-month free trial instead. However, my card was billed the full amount a week later, which is confusing to me. I am dissatisfied with the service provided up to this point. This is my third time being unable to access Hulu Live. Instead, I'm seeing the message "We're having trouble loading your shows and movies right now." I've already checked my internet connection, and Netflix is working fine. It's frustrating that despite the price increase, the service hasn't improved. I need help accessing my account on Roku. I have attempted various password combinations unsuccessfully. The password assistance email did not come through, and I have checked all email folders. I have waited for over thirty minutes and made multiple attempts to reset it. Due to this issue, I can't input my PayPal details to make payments. Also, I am unable to log in on my phone without resolving the password problem. In essence, I require access to my account's password to link it with Roku.

I am experiencing issues accessing my account even though I have the student discount add-on for Spotify activated. I was able to use it as recently as Monday, 12/16/19. After waiting 40 minutes on the phone, I spoke with a representative named Driss. He mentioned that my account is active and billed through Spotify, instructing me to reconnect through Spotify. Unfortunately, the call got disconnected while he was assisting me. I tried calling two more times, but my calls were dropped immediately. This situation is frustrating and inconvenient.
