I recently subscribed to the Disney Plus, Hulu, and ESPN+ bundle. I'm experiencing difficulties logging in to the Hulu app using the same password that works for Disney Plus and ESPN+. The Hulu help center suggests changing my password, but I'm concerned it might affect my other accounts. Could you please advise me on how to resolve this issue with the Hulu login?

I recently discovered an unauthorized charge on my bank statement. Unfortunately, I found myself locked out of my account when attempting to investigate further. After using the "forgot email" link on the website and providing the required information, I received an unfamiliar email address. I am seeking clarification on these discrepancies. I intend to halt the payment associated with the unauthorized transaction once the bank opens at 9 am.

I have been charged for a subscription that I did not order. My Blu-ray player is too old to update the app since August 8th, [redacted]. I only realized this when I received paper statements in August, and it turns out I have been charged since April [redacted]. I have tried for months to access the app with no success, yet my account was still being charged $12.98, I believe for August. I believe I am owed a refund for some of those months. Thank you for addressing this issue. If the subscription cost was lower, at my age of 69, I might consider keeping it, especially since I get Prime for $5.99 a month. Thank you, Beverly H., [redacted]

For a few months, I've noticed a recurring charge of $20.98 for an LLC service I never signed up for. I initially had a $1.99 monthly fee until I updated my debit card, which then led to being signed up for what I thought was a $5.99 service. To my surprise, my bank statements reveal consistent charges of $20.98 every month. Despite trying to dispute these charges with my bank, it has been unsuccessful. Waking up today to see the same charge has left me frustrated as it depleted my last $20. I'm urging for assistance in resolving this matter promptly as I plan to cancel all services once this is sorted out.

I have been enjoying ad-free Hulu through my Apple TV for an extended period. Initially, I signed up for the subscription through Apple. Recently, I decided to opt for the Disney+ bundle, which includes Hulu with ads and ESPN+. I successfully cancelled my ad-free Hulu subscription through Apple and all apps were working fine. However, starting in December, I have been unable to access Hulu, although Disney+ continues to work without any issues. I attempted to restore my Hulu subscription through Apple, but I encountered a problem. When I try to sign in, I am caught in a loop and prompted to subscribe repeatedly. Even after selecting the ad-free option and receiving a message stating I am already subscribed, I am brought back to the login screen. I hope to resolve this issue and return to enjoying ad-free Hulu while keeping my Disney+ and ESPN+ subscriptions. Thank you.

Since February [redacted], I have been charged for Stars, which I did not authorize to be added to my account. While I admit fault for not carefully monitoring the account it's debited from, I never gave Hulu permission to add anything extra. I signed up for the basic $5.99 plan only. I am seeking a complete refund for all unauthorized charges beyond the $5.99 basic subscription since February [redacted]. I have gone through the charges on my account. Your help in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

My daughter unknowingly used my debit card to sign up for Hulu, which I canceled. Now, I'd like to re-subscribe using a different debit card. However, I'm unable to log in as it says the email and password are incorrect. I'm interested in the special offer for local channels and movies as advertised. I need assistance resolving this issue and creating a new account without using the old credentials. Thank you.

My granddaughter with special needs accidentally upgraded my Hulu account from basic and I was charged $44.99 on 11/11/19. Despite being told I would receive a refund, it hasn't appeared on my card. Additionally, there is an unauthorized charge of $13.82 on 10/31. Could you please clarify what this charge was for and if it can be refunded too? Moving forward, my granddaughter will not have access to my Kindle. It would be helpful if Hulu implemented a password requirement for upgrades or purchases.

I tried to log into my Hulu account, but the password I've been using for a while was suddenly incorrect. When I tried to reset the password, I didn't receive the email link to do so. It feels like my account has disappeared. I checked the payment history, and the last payment was on 11/13/[redacted]. I entered my credit card information to retrieve my email, and it showed an unfamiliar email address, [redacted] It seems like my account may have been hacked and the email associated with it was changed.

Our Hulu goes off a couple of times per week for a few hours, including tonight. I have tried unplugging the TV and retrying, but the issue persists. We were informed that we would receive a credit for these interruptions, but we have not seen it yet. If this problem continues, we may need to switch to Spectrum. Our email address is [redacted] and we would greatly appreciate a prompt response. Thank you, Jim and Teresa Lewis.

I recently tried to watch a show on your platform and was prompted to upgrade my account. After declining the offer, I received an email thanking me for upgrading and stating that my monthly bill would now be $54.99. This was not what I agreed to, and I am very disappointed in the lack of transparency in your business practices. I have attempted to contact your customer service line for assistance, but I was disconnected twice while on hold. Please confirm that my account has been canceled promptly. If not, I will have to dispute the unauthorized charges with my bank.

I attempted to sign up for Hulu at $1.99 per month for one year. However, I encountered an issue when using my Canadian credit card, as your billing system did not accept my Canadian alphanumeric postal code. I was using a new prepaid Visa card with over $[redacted] available, which more than covers the first year's subscription. I made three failed attempts to register before the December 2nd deadline. The email address I used for registration is [redacted] I kindly request that this issue be resolved promptly so that I can access the service at the Black Friday rate. Thank you for your immediate attention to this matter. Best regards, C.G.

I attempted to sign up for the Black Friday promotion at $1.99 per month and was mistakenly billed $5.99 on my card using my primary email. I had to switch to my school email to access the discounted rate as my main email was ineligible. It was puzzling to encounter this issue as a new user. Despite canceling the subscription, I was still billed $5.99. Upon using my school email, I was correctly billed at the $1.99 rate, but I seek a refund for the initial overcharge of $5.99 due to dual charges at differing rates.

My child unintentionally subscribed to Hulu using the email [redacted] on her phone a couple of months back. Her phone has been lost, and the Gmail account has been deleted. I discovered two charges on my card: one on 9-23-[redacted] and another today on 12-3-[redacted], both for $47.68. I didn't realize the first charge until now, and I didn't know about the account linked to my card until I investigated. I have no access to the account as the email is no longer active, and I don't know the password. Kindly assist me in resolving this issue.

I have been a long-time Hulu subscriber and had a positive experience until recently. I have noticed that while watching a 19-minute show, there are approximately 5 commercials interrupting every 3 1/2 to 4 minutes of content. In the past month, the number of commercials has increased drastically, surpassing the total amount I've encountered over the years of my subscription. I recognize that Hulu needs to generate revenue, but it's frustrating for lower-income users like myself to be bombarded with excessive ads.

I had the Hulu no-ads plan for $11.99, but then I downloaded the Disney bundle on 11/15/19, which includes the Hulu ad-based plan. I was advised that I didn't need to cancel my original Hulu subscription, yet I was still charged $11.99 for the no-ads plan on 11/29/19. I am seeking a refund for this charge as I should not be paying for two subscriptions. When promoting this bundle, it should automatically cancel existing subscriptions or clarify that cancellation is necessary to avoid confusion.

While I was watching the Cowboys vs. Patriots NFL game, I unfortunately lost BOTH my HULU feed and the virtual DVR, missing a whole hour of the game even though my internet connection was fine. I would like to: (a) Receive a copy of the game to watch it now, or (b) Be compensated for this frustrating experience, and (c) Understand what steps can be taken to prevent similar issues in the future (specifically regarding the loss of DVR content, not necessarily HULU feed interruptions). Thank you. A devoted customer, L. Kass.

I am attempting to share a fact, but each time I try to input it, it is promptly removed. By neglecting to disclose the requirement of having a credit card for your gift cards, you are misleading the public in a way that may require legal action in the future to rectify. This omission leads to wasted time and money for consumers, and those who are savvy will see through it. Clearly stating this prerequisite on the gift cards would empower customers to make informed decisions about their purchases. I concur with a Reddit post criticizing your business practices, despite not experiencing it personally due to the deceitfulness surrounding the gift cards. If your service truly doesn't necessitate a credit card, why is it mandatory? Many people are becoming aware of this issue. Following the honesty and transparency model of companies like Netflix would likely attract more subscribers to your service. Being forthright will resonate with a wider audience, unlike your current approach.

I have been a Hulu subscriber without ads for over a year, paying $11.99 monthly through PayPal. Today, I noticed a sudden charge of $50 on my account. When attempting to log in, I received a message stating that the email linked to my account is not recognized. After locating the associated email, it appeared to be unfamiliar to me. It seems like someone else may be using my account. I urgently need assistance in getting a refund for the unauthorized $50 charge. Your prompt help is greatly appreciated.

I decided to give Hulu a try on Black Friday. I signed up, but soon realized I didn't want the service. Within an hour, I canceled my order and subscription. Now, I see a recurring charge of $1.99 on my account. Please stop the charges and cancel my account. I assumed I wouldn't be charged since I canceled quickly. That's okay, I just want to ensure that there are no more charges and that I no longer have your product. Thank you.
