Account holder name, Account number, Billing address, Last 4 digits of Social Security number, Email address on the account, and Phone number on the account

If you're having issues with a password, try resetting it using your email address (be sure to use the correct spelling). Click "Forgot Password" under the login, then follow the prompt. You should have the option to reset with your phone number.
The issue in GetHuman-megmurph's own words
I signed up for HULU today using my email *****@***.com but it is not letting me log in using that email and it's not sending my reset password to this email. I just signed up today so unless I mistyped the email it should be this one. I signed up through facebook.

GetHuman-megmurph did not yet indicate what Hulu should do to make this right.
