I had the hulu with no commercials subscription. I heard about the combo with Hulu, Disney and ESPN so I signed up for that. What I didn't think about was that the email address is the same. I cancelled my current Hulu sub, given I signed up for the combo... my current Hulu says it will expire on Nov **th which I'm guessing is the end of the bill cycle. Is there any way to disable that account now so I can log in with the new account? When I enter the password I used for the combo sub it says it is incorrect and I'm sure that's because that email is also registered under my original account with a different password.

I called and supposed to a Caitlin who was very helpful. She let me know that the * accounts and billing are actually separate. I keep my existing Hulu account as is with the existing password. My Disney account is separate. You get a Hulu Bill and one from Disney * and you get a $*.** disc because you have Hulu.
