I noticed that the Formula 1 French Grand Prix is not on Hulu like the other Grand Prix races. On Sunday, 6/23, there is only a 34-minute pre-race episode available. Another minor issue is that the Facebook sign-in on Hulu.com is not working correctly. It redirects you to the sign-up page, creating a loop of signing in with Facebook repeatedly.

I recently upgraded to Live, and now I'm facing issues with stations frequently going out. It's frustrating to be watching a program only to have the screen suddenly go blue with error messages. Paying $60 a month should guarantee uninterrupted viewing, not constant "difficulties." I've tried troubleshooting by rebooting my television, removing the firestick, and clearing cookies, but the problem persists. If I wanted subpar service, I would have stuck with AT&T.

Hulu has been deducting over $40 from my account without authorization. I did not give permission for my bank card to be charged. My card is linked to my son's Xbox due to a roommate situation. I have already contacted Hulu months ago to stop these unauthorized charges, yet they persist. This morning, Hulu withdrew the $40, causing my account to be overdrawn. I demand a refund of this money. This ongoing issue feels like fraud to me, and I am fed up. Hulu must return the $40 they took this morning immediately. I have never subscribed to Hulu, and this situation needs to be resolved promptly.

She displayed friendliness, knowledge, and excellent listening skills. Victoria efficiently helped me resolve an issue with my Hulu account that turned out to be my error. Her sincerity and authenticity set her apart from scripted representatives I have encountered in the past. I believe employees like Victoria C should be valued, and I recommend giving her a raise to ensure her continued dedication to Hulu. I am impressed with Hulu's customer service and am willing to pay more for the exceptional support provided by representatives like Victoria C. I also appreciate the great shows on Hulu, especially "The Handmaid's Tale." I hope to see more quality content, including potentially adapting Margaret Atwood's Maddaddam trilogy. Through Amazon Prime Video, my wife created a Hulu account last Wednesday or Thursday. Unfortunately, she mistakenly used the email code [redacted] instead of her correct email address [redacted], with an extra "a." We can't access this incorrect account due to password issues as the reset notifications are being sent to an email she doesn't have access to. We need to close this incorrect account. To avoid billing issues, I created another account directly with Hulu under the ID [redacted] yesterday (Saturday). We hope to resolve this to have only one active account properly billing us. After not making a payment for a while, I thought my subscription was canceled since I received a notification about a failed payment from Hulu. I recently deposited money into my account for necessary medication, but my card was declined at the pharmacy. It's frustrating as I have a tight budget and need the medication to function properly.

I have been experiencing buffering issues with Hulu Live for the past 3-4 weeks. There have been many playback failures during live shows, and since Sunday, 7/21, I can no longer load and watch anything live on my LG 49LJ550M TV. Despite trying to disconnect, reload, and check my internet speed, the problem persists. While I managed to play this week's episode of The Handmaid's Tale, live TV remains inaccessible. Interestingly, I don't encounter any problems with Prime or Netflix, and Hulu Live works fine on my laptop and phone. The issue seems to lie with Hulu. I am frustrated that I'm paying for a service I can't fully access and don't want to resort to watching sports on smaller screens.

Dear forum members, I am a passionate follower of Disney's "Andi Mack." Unfortunately, I must share the news that this beloved show has been canceled after only three seasons. Despite being one of Disney's most valuable programs, it will not be continuing. "Andi Mack" was widely praised for its representation and impactful storylines, particularly surrounding the Asian family of the main character, Andi. The series addressed numerous important topics including teen pregnancy, LGBT issues, military families, divorce, financial struggles, racial diversity, mental health, learning disabilities, Jewish representation, sexism, bullying, and more. The show's cancellation has left many of us deeply saddened as it has touched the lives of children, teenagers, and adults alike. We are hopeful that another network will consider picking up "Andi Mack" to allow the characters to continue their journey in high school. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Hello, I recently signed up for Hulu, but encountered an issue on the final page where my computer froze before I could check the box to confirm my subscription. The rest of the information was filled out, and I even received a welcome message from Hulu. I would like to share a suggestion rather than highlighting an issue. A show recently canceled on the Disney Channel called “Andi Mack” has gained significant support from fans for renewal on Disney or another platform. Several petitions on Change.org aiming for a fourth season have amassed over 30,[redacted] signatures in the last 3-4 months. "Andi Mack" bravely addressed themes such as teen pregnancy, sexuality, military families, homelessness, anxiety, diversity, Disney's first gay couple, bankruptcy, family challenges, and gun safety. This show holds immense value for me and numerous viewers, and its revival would bring us immense joy. Your consideration in picking up this show would mean a lot to us. Thank you for your time. On July 22nd, I upgraded my Hulu subscription on the app from regular Hulu to Hulu Live to explore the new features during the free trial until July 30th. However, on the 29th, I encountered difficulties switching back to my original plan as the option to change plans was unresponsive. Despite attempting to log in and out, restarting my phone, and using a single device, the issue persisted. On July 30th, I tried unsuccessfully to add other plans or revert to my previous one. After reinstalling the app, I discovered a charge of $38.25. Following the reinstallation, I managed to switch back to the regular Hulu plan. I am seeking a refund for the $38.25 due to the lack of available options to cancel the free trial before being charged.

I subscribed to the Black Friday $0.99 special last November, but have been consistently charged $1.05 monthly. Recently, I received an email offering additional services for my plan, which I declined due to financial constraints. To my surprise, I noticed unauthorized charges of approximately $44 in both June and July, with an extra $4.69 in one of those months. Upon checking my account, I discovered I was now enrolled in the basic plan with live TV, which I never requested. Although I accessed the live TV feature unknowingly while watching a soap opera, I had solely intended to stick to the basic plan. Despite contacting customer service and having my plan reverted, I was advised I couldn't be refunded. This unexpected change has burdened me financially, given my current circumstances. I am perplexed as to why I was charged for a service I didn't actively choose to upgrade to. I am disappointed as I aspired to afford more but am left with an extra $90 expense in just two months without my consent. I have been a loyal customer of Simple Mobile for a considerable period. However, this month, the payment for my bill was not deducted from my account as scheduled, leaving me without phone service, which is essential for my safety as I am wheelchair-bound and live independently. This situation has caused me distress as I rely on my phone for emergency assistance. The delayed payment also resulted in unauthorized withdrawals from my account, compounding the issue. I have never encountered this problem before, as I have automatic payments set up for convenience. Feeling vulnerable and alone without a phone, I am disappointed by the lack of concern shown by Simple Mobile for their customers' well-being. I am considering switching to a provider that values customer care.

For the past week, we have been unable to watch Fox News, specifically Tucker and Hannity. We keep experiencing issues such as the stream shutting off, displaying a strange error code, or prompting us to try again later. Roku has indicated that it is a Hulu error, not a Roku one. We are frustrated, and if this problem persists beyond this week, we will cancel our subscriptions. Our internet speed is above 10, and even when it was at 6, we didn't face this problem with everything else remaining the same.

When I go to the movie section on my Roku, I can choose between "Popular" and "New" movies, but after selecting one, the screen goes back to the Roku apps menu after about 10 seconds. This only happens with movies, not TV shows. If I choose a genre like Action, I can select and watch a movie without any issues. I've tried rebooting everything, checked my good 8MB connection on Roku, and even uninstalled and reinstalled the Hulu app, but the problem persists.

I contacted Hulu last month to report unauthorized charges on my account. I was assured that I would receive a refund, but I have not seen any funds returned to my card yet. As a senior citizen battling cancer on a tight budget, I urgently need this money for medication. I am shocked by the lack of consideration from your company. Two incorrect charges were made - one for $43.99 and another for $5, despite never using your service. Please honor your commitment and refund my money promptly. Thank you, Eleanor Cordes.

My grandson set up this account roughly 2 years ago using my debit card without my knowledge. He was underage at the time, and now that he no longer uses it, I have been struggling to close it. The account is under the name of Chevy McCabe, and the linked debit card number is 5[redacted] 2[redacted] under the name of Sharon Loney. I urgently require this account to be canceled. If my request is not met, I will have no choice but to seek legal assistance to reclaim all unauthorized charges made. Unfortunately, I do not have the account number available at this moment.

To whom it may concern, I am writing to dispute the $49 charge from Hulu that appeared on my account two days ago. I signed up for the Hulu live TV free trial last week while traveling to watch specific programs. Unfortunately, I encountered difficulties canceling the subscription as I required a computer for the process which I did not have access to during my trip. This restriction was not made clear to me during the sign-up, and now I find myself charged for a service I no longer require and cannot afford as a student. I kindly request a refund and to cancel my subscription. I enjoyed using Hulu temporarily but cannot sustain the cost currently. I recently upgraded my Hulu account to include live TV due to local channels being dropped by Direct TV. Unfortunately, for the past three weeks, when trying to watch live TV channels, the screen either stays black or plays with constant skipping and repeating of clips every 10 seconds. This issue persists throughout the entire show. I am paying $50 a month and have been experiencing these problems since the upgrade, despite the initially great reviews. I have tried using both my TV and phone with updated apps, restarted my phone, deleted and reinstalled the app to no avail. I am frustrated as I am unable to watch local channels. Could you please consider issuing a refund? I am very dissatisfied with the service.
