I kindly request the return of *Ridiculousness* to Hulu. Previously, Hulu had all seasons/episodes, but it was unfortunately removed, which disappoints me. Please bring back the show soon. Thank you. I am requesting the return of the earlier seasons of *The Incredible Dr. Pol* on Hulu. Recently, these seasons were removed, and I had not finished watching some episodes. I am asking for the addition of the very first season of *World of Dance*. I started watching from the 2nd season and missed the premiere season. It would be great if a provider could offer season 1 to viewers.

I have raised a dispute because $68 was charged to my card without my authorization after canceling my subscription to Hulu. I have not used the service for months. I previously indicated how I wanted this resolved in my initial dispute, but I forgot to provide my contact details. I urgently need the $68 refunded within the next 24 hours. If not, I will take further action. Please return the money to my card as soon as possible as it was the last of my funds until next Friday. My name is Ashley T., and my address is [redacted] Del Rancho Rd, Del City, OK. Kindly process this refund promptly so I can manage work and my children's school expenses. I attempted to call but was unsuccessful. I need this resolved by May 19th or May 20th at the latest. Thank you.

Hello, I recently realized that I have two accounts. I haven't used the account linked to the card that was deactivated at Wells Fargo for a few months. However, this month I was charged twice. I've been trying to access my active account, [redacted], on my PS5 but it keeps asking for credit card details. I travel for work and should not have been charged with the inactive card. I'd appreciate a refund for the overcharge. When I contacted support over the phone, the representative only deactivated the [redacted] account without offering a refund. I prefer not to contact the bank directly due to previous unfriendly experiences. Thank you, Namaste, Charlie (aka John).

I recently enrolled in Spotify Premium with Hulu during a promotional period a few weeks ago. I have been unable to access Hulu since then. I contacted customer service, but they informed me that the promotion had ended and offered no solutions. Despite the website's statement that existing customers are still eligible, the representative stated otherwise. My Spotify account includes a "Start Watching" button for Hulu, but I need assistance logging in. I do not wish to start a separate Hulu trial as I am already paying for the service through Spotify. I am dissatisfied with the customer service and access issues, and if unresolved, I may switch to Netflix. I hope for a resolution soon. Thank you.

I recently reactivated my Hulu Live subscription on May 28th, but my viewing experience has been disrupted by constant signal loss every 3-10 seconds, making it impossible to watch shows. Even recorded programs are cut off midway. I reached out for help and chatted with Destinee S. at 10:49 am. We tried troubleshooting like reboots and checking my internet connection, but she mentioned that Hulu no longer supports most Vizio TVs with updated firmware, leaving me dissatisfied. I requested a refund, and after being disconnected, I spoke with Jake who initially promised a refund but later changed it to a credit due to recent account activity. This switch upset me, especially after a long hold and unmet expectations. I asked for written confirmation via email, but I haven't received it yet. Despite cancelling my Hulu account, I hope to receive the refund promised for the unsatisfactory service. It's disappointing how this was handled, and I just want a resolution to this matter.

I am concerned about recurring charges for an account I thought I had canceled. I tried to cancel the account, and I hope you can verify this in the activity log. I need the account to be canceled and refunded for each month since I only opened it for a college assignment that lasted one month. I signed up for a free trial month and canceled right after. My school email, [redacted], is associated with the account, but my preferred contact email is provided below. My Visa card ends in [redacted], and I believe there may have been a mistake or glitch as I should not be charged after canceling the account. Thank you for addressing this promptly, and I would appreciate confirmation once the cancellation and refund are processed. Best regards, Danielle Wood

It is evident that many individuals are experiencing issues with Hulu charging them even after they believed their accounts were canceled. I am one of those affected. I initially signed up for a free trial with the intention to cancel anytime thereafter, as clearly stated. My reason for trying Hulu was for a school assignment, and I followed through by canceling after the first month. Therefore, I did not knowingly agree to any charges. I request that Hulu addresses this matter promptly. I seek cancellation of my account and a refund for the months charged to my mother's account. Considering the number of people facing the same problem, it seems like there might be a technical problem. I trust Hulu values its customers' trust and will rectify this situation promptly. To ensure resolution, I ask for a genuine human representative from Hulu to contact me at the provided email. I anticipate a swift response and resolution to this issue.

Subject: Issue with HULU Account Hello, I am Judith B. from Scottsburg, IN. I have been a subscriber to the HULU Live + Live TV since November [redacted] and have always been satisfied with the service. However, a couple of nights ago, while watching TV, the screen froze and displayed a message regarding my location not matching. Despite managing to restore the service with my grandson’s help, I notice that my local channels are now missing. I am not tech-savvy and find it challenging to navigate through these issues. I am unsure if this problem is related to a specific TV or if it impacts all devices connected to my account. I am reaching out for guidance on how to address this matter effectively. I appreciate any assistance provided. Thank you.

Hello! I'm unsure about what's been going on with my account lately. I've been unable to log in for a few months now. I got a notification mentioning that all four spots were in use and I couldn't change it. Since I recently moved, I believe this might have caused the issue. However, I am looking to cancel because I noticed I'm being charged $60 monthly, which is more than what I pay for my insurance. I haven't used the service in about a month and I can't even access it now. Getting a refund for the difference would be greatly appreciated. I'm quite puzzled by what's happening and would really appreciate not losing $60 because of it. I apologize for any confusion. Thank you!

I am disappointed to see a gay pride section on Hulu. My child enjoys watching TV shows on the platform, and I have decided to cancel my subscription because of this. I do not support the inclusion of shows that promote gay pride, and it feels like Hulu is pushing this agenda. I believe this move is unprofessional and will cost Hulu business. Not everyone is accepting of this lifestyle, and I do not want my child exposed to it. This decision goes against my values, and I feel compelled to voice my concerns.

I have concerns about the content on Hulu regarding the section dedicated to homosexuality. My children frequently use Hulu, and I find it inappropriate that there is a focus on promoting homosexuality pride. It is concerning that this content is prominently featured. While I understand societal acceptance has evolved, my family, as Christians, do not support it. I feel it is unfair that individuals who are against this are subjected to such content being a main section on the platform.

I am trying to contact Hulu to cancel my subscription, but I am unable to express my concerns to a representative. I simply want the option to "block" specific programs. I do not wish to see disturbing images like the guy in horsey fetish gear on "My Strange Addiction" or explicit show titles displayed. I enjoy watching a variety of content, but I find such images offensive and do not want to encounter them unexpectedly. It would be helpful if there was a feature to exclude certain shows or hide their promotional material. This issue has led me to cancel my Netflix subscription as well. I believe it's important to have control over what content is visible to viewers.

I recently experienced unauthorized access to my account, resulting in a password change. Unfortunately, I lost access to the new password and was unable to cancel my Hulu subscription due to financial constraints. This led to an overdraft in my bank account. I urgently need assistance in removing the latest charge and terminating my subscription, as today marks the end of my billing cycle, and the charge was applied yesterday. I am frustrated by the situation and its impact on my finances as a college student. I hope for a swift resolution to this matter.

I reached out to your customer service representative via chat support regarding a charge on my bank account while my service was suspended. The representative indicated no payments for June on my account. However, upon providing the last four digits of my debit card ([redacted]), he mentioned a payment linked to an email address starting with "T," which is not mine or my family's initials. I requested for the payment to be corrected or transferred to the correct account, but was informed it couldn't be adjusted. Consequently, I decided to cancel my service around 10 minutes ago. As I did not receive the service I paid for, I am seeking a refund for the erroneous payment. I am unsure how this situation occurred, but I anticipate your prompt resolution to rectify it.

I wanted to discuss the TV show "The Royals" with you. This show has an outstanding cast, but unfortunately, even after fans were encouraged to keep tweeting to save it, Lionsgate announced its cancellation shortly after. Season 4 ended with a major cliffhanger and unanswered questions, showing great potential for more seasons. It's disappointing that E! keeps canceling quality shows like this. "The Royals" truly deserves better treatment. Rumor has it that even real royals enjoyed watching the show. Alexandra Park, a lead actress, gained a significant following partly due to the show's success. I believe reviving "The Royals" would be beneficial for all involved. I hope for a positive response from you. Thank you for considering this opportunity.

I subscribed to Hulu to watch a specific TV show, but after confirming, I found out I needed to pay an extra $14 for an HBO account to access my show. I canceled my Hulu subscription immediately since it was not worth it anymore. However, I noticed that I am still going to be charged for the whole month. I only signed up to watch one show and didn't realize I needed an additional subscription. I have not used the service at all and would like a refund for the $12 subscription fee charged this month. I hope this can be resolved without any issues. Thank you.

I've been a loyal Hulu customer for years. Recently, I moved to a rural area and access TV solely through my phone's hotspot. I upgraded to unlimited data to use my phone as wifi and purchased Hulu TV, excited to use it with my Amazon Prime Stick. However, after the purchase, I couldn't stream Hulu on my TV, receiving an error message about my home location. I'm puzzled why I can watch Hulu TV on my laptop but not on my TV. I hope to resolve this issue to avoid being charged for a service I can't use until it's fixed retroactively.

For the past three days, I've experienced issues with Hulu Live. I've had trouble logging in, and when I could, the screen would freeze. When I reached out to customer service, I noticed a change in call centers. The representative who assisted me seemed inexperienced and couldn't provide a solution or transfer me to someone who could help. The noise in the background from other employees was distracting, and the representative kept asking me to repeat my issue without offering assistance. I called back later and encountered another unhelpful technician who claimed my internet was the problem despite confirmation from my neighbor, who works at Comcast, that my connection was fine. If this is the level of support I can expect from Hulu in the future, I may have to consider canceling my subscription.

Hello, my name is Izzy, and I'm disappointed about Hulu removing my favorite shows. It's frustrating that I can't access them on Amazon without paying. My parents don't allow me to make purchases on Amazon unless I have a gift card, which I currently don't possess. I enjoy shows like "Another" and "Elfen Lied," and their removal from Hulu saddens me. I believe promoting more anime on Hulu could increase your revenue. By suggesting related series in recommendations, such as matching "Naruto" viewers with "Chobits" or "No Game No Life," you can cater to your audience better. Viewers trust Hulu to provide quality content, and removing beloved shows like "Akame Ga Kill!" can lead anime fans to cancel their subscriptions. Please reconsider removing these popular shows from Hulu. Thank you for listening. -Izzy

I was switched by Hulu to a trial plan without any notice, and I ended up losing my original promotional plan. I did not intend to have a trial plan. I phoned Hulu at 7:30 AM on June 24, [redacted], and a representative named "Amy" informed me that she couldn't switch my plan back due to restrictions in the system. She assured me that she noted my complaint on the account. I am requesting my account to be reverted to the original promotional plan.
