The problem: I canceled my subscription * weeks ago and I was still billed. I would like to get my money back.
GetHuman-mrbatson did not yet indicate what Hulu should do to make this right.

How GetHuman-mrbatson fixed the problem
Called Hulu got a customer service rep within * minutes. Explained that I had actually canceled my subscription while it was still paused and that when it came of pause they errantly charged my account. They pleasantly and immediately credited my account and apologized for the error.
Please help with my Hulu issue
