The issue in GetHuman-jlbb's own words
Hulu is my go-to source on Roku for TV. For the past ** days or so, the app has changed...where my regular shows used to appear is now replaced by Hulu choices (which I'm not interested in) find the latest episode of my show, I must go through a rigamarol of clicking*scrolling*pushing*starring*more scrolling, etc.**What happened? WHOever came up with this concept should be fired (if it was a team, get rid of them all!)**This change is a BIG step backwards...I'm old enough to remember that to change the channel, one had to walk across the living room to turn the dial on the TV. This is somewhat similar: having to WORK to find something!**C'mon, Hulu! You had a good thing going...why make it harder for users? I should be able to turn on my TV and see the latest episode of, for example, Seth Meyers late-night talk show...instead you force me to press buttons and arrows and scroll to TRY to find the latest episode...if it's not broke, don't mess with it.**Your team ruined my viewing experience.**Fire the person*team*executive-decision-makers who suggested*made this change!!!**Maybe there's a reason behind it ($$$)...I notice the first thing I see now is something like "Hulu Picks" - I'm not interested in ANY of them...I want to watch MY shows! **It's always the $$$ - **** the user!**Please return to the old format where I can access MY shows on the opening with latest episode available...fine, if you want your $$$ put "Hulu Picks" next in the menu...interested users will click.**Disappointed,*Jesse L Blackwood*Fountain Hill PA
