This is absolutely ridiculous. I had to google how to get in touch with Hulu because the website simple DOES NOT ALLOW YOU TO. ***. The Hulu app does not work on the TiVo. You know it doesn't because there's ***'s on complaints everywhere whenever you google this problem. Not only does the app shut completely down , but the navigation is atrocious. There's no way to preview what you're selecting, you simply see a picture. It's horrible. It is way different on the Roku. Why would you want a ****** application and make it difficult for your customers to use. All while Netflix is extremely easy to navigate.**. I received an email that said the price is dropping to $*.**, I logged into my account and it said charges after ******* will reflect the new pricing. But then it shows my next charge will be on ******* and that it will be charged the old price. **I can see on Facebook from the repetitive posts to our page, that you will not even respond to this. You do not care at all. I don't expect a response so I won't hold my breath. But I plan on being a huge pain in the *** for you. You'll hear from me again
