Hello,*I signed up for a new * day free trial for Hulu service on ****** that included live local channels for the greater San Francisco Bay area which were confirmed to be available for my zip code. After * very frustrating days trying to accomplish this and unable to make any kind of support contact help with Hulu I canceled the account on ****** before the billing period began. The problem I was having was the only local live channels I could receive were Eastern Time zone in Kentucky. My only reason I wanted Hulu is for my local channels.*After some online research on the Hulu website I was led to believe I could change the source of the local live channels so I signed up again today, ******* but again encountered the same problem. This time I was sure to get my correct zip code entered of *****. As before all I received were the Kentucky stations and my account now indicated my credit card was charged $**.** and still not able to contact anyone for help I canceled the account again.*I think the problem may have something to do with my via-sat satellite service which I believe originates in Kentucky which is my source for video streaming and email accounts. The only way I will reinstate my Hulu account is if this problem can be resolved. If that’s not possible I expect Hulu to credit my Visa charge card.*The account name was set up with my email: *****@***.com and the site location is zip *****.*I look forward to your response.*Steve Koster
