hi I use to have a account with you guys. its been a few years or more so I forgot the password. I tried doing the password reset but after a hour of no emails I tried making a account it is saying my email address already exists with a account. can you help me get my password reset or clear my email address so I can make a new account? the email address im putting down to respond back with is the email that says it has a account already. also tried email recovery but the card that I had on file I haven't had for a couple years so I don't have the info for that card information.
