My iPhone *S was stolen on or about May **,**** when I lost consciousness, in all places, a Verizon Store! I was hospitalized & the phone was never recovered. Approximately * weeks ago, using a new phone, I reviewed my banking statement & noticed a recurring payment of $**.**.*I have traced these payments back to **********. There are * payments, totaling $**.**. The problem: I have never subscribed to Hulu. As a side note, the person who made these fraudulent transactions also changed my subscription to NETFLIX ( was a recurring payment of $*.**, changed to **.**. NETFLIX has credited my account for all fraudulent monthly charges. I watch movies on my iPhone, &, wasn’t in possession of a phone capable to watch anything.*I am seriously ill and only receive disability payments which don’t amount to very much. To lose $**.** due to fraudulent transactions is a substantial loss of income to me.*Hence, I would be very appreciative if you would, like your competitor, NETFLIX, please credit my WellsFargo Account for $**.**. I have reported the fraudulent transactions to the bank. They did suggest that I contact HULU directly. Hence, this correspondence. The dates on the transactions are as follows:********************************** (two separate deductions)****************** ( I cannot obtain access tonight as the bank’s mobile system is down. However, I did previously see a deduction during the month of November ****. If necessary, I can try the mobile billing site tomorrow & re-examine the account activity, &, procure the exact date. If you desire I do so, or, have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me at:*(***)***-**** or by email:******@***.com*I thank you for your anticipated assistance in this very upsetting matter.
