I canceled both of my Hulu accounts but I didn’t even know I had two accounts open? I was charged $** twice and $*.** twice (*.** was refunded to me but then taken right back out again) and *.** once which is normally the only thing that shows on my bill. I have never paid *.** or $** for Hulu before, especially not twice. I had no money in my bank account and now I’m overdrafted $**.** and I do not have that money. Considering it’s the holidays, I can’t afford to pay $**. I understand there is a $** overdraft fee which I will pay if I really need to, but I also was not told that there would be a fee for “not paying on time”. Please help me understand where all of these charges are coming from. The last person I talked to on here didn’t even see those $** charges but I clearly see them on my bank statement.
