My account is saying I need to pay but they messed up the account last month and they fixed and then cut my bill down i payed what I was supposed to pay and now it's saying I have to pay again all ready and the person I talked said I would just pay what I had to pay then be good till the end of November then have to pay the full amount i got rid of spectrum cause I heard u guys were a lot better but I'm having problems all ready i would like it if u turn my account back on cause I really do like the service and everything with it I don't want to find something else and can u take off fyi I didn't order that station thank u
