I am encountering consistent "jitter" while watching NBC DVR programs, specifically NBC Nightly News and This is Us. The audio is ahead of the video by about 5-10 seconds, causing delays in the viewing experience. This issue only happens with NBC programs and not others from different stations. I have tried watching on different devices such as my Windows 10 computer, Apple TV, and IOS devices, but the problem persists. My internet speed is over 50 mbps, and I have already rebooted all my devices which are up to date. It's frustrating to experience this with the high cost of DVR service.

Hello, I am having trouble accessing my account as I forgot my password and no longer have access to the email linked to my account. I would like to cancel my subscription and request a refund for the recent months as I have been unsuccessful in canceling due to the inability to reset my password without the original email address. I am experiencing issues with my Hulu account. Despite paying to remove commercials, they are still appearing. I have been locked out of my account for allegedly having too many devices linked, but I only use Hulu on three TVs. When trying to reset my password, I discovered that my email is not registered with my account. Upon attempting to recover my email address, a different email address, [redacted], was associated with my account along with my credit card and date of birth. This email is unfamiliar to me and not the one I used to sign up for Hulu. I am unable to reset my password as the reset email goes to the incorrect email address. Additionally, I cannot change the email associated with my account because I cannot log in with the incorrect email. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, I'm Trevor, and I have Spotify Premium for Students. I noticed that my Spotify account is linked to Hulu, but when I try to access Hulu, it prompts me to create a new account. Spotify confirmed that the accounts are linked, but I can't log in to Hulu using my Spotify credentials. Password recovery is also not working for me. Hopefully, this can be resolved soon.

Since upgrading to Hulu Live, my boyfriend can't access any version of Hulu while working on the North Slope, even on his iPad due to the out-of-area restrictions. We recently discovered that watching Hulu out of state is also not allowed. This is particularly inconvenient for vacations when we'd like to watch shows on our devices. I never faced these problems before switching to Hulu Live. How can we resolve this issue without losing Live access? While I can understand live content restrictions based on location, I am puzzled by the limitations on non-live TV shows.

I have owned an LG Blu-ray disc player for approximately a year. During this time, I have primarily used it to watch Hulu. However, in the past two weeks, I have encountered an issue where I am unable to access Hulu on the player. Each time I attempt to log in, I receive the message, "Sorry Hulu Plus was unable to start. Please try again later. Sorry for the inconvenience." I have attempted various troubleshooting methods such as performing a factory reset on the disc player, uninstalling and reinstalling the Hulu app, adjusting the country of origin setting, and updating the Hulu app on the disc player. Despite these efforts, the issue persists. Interestingly, I am able to watch Hulu on my Samsung phone in the same room and on the same Wi-Fi network as the disc player without any problems. I am considering discontinuing my Hulu subscription if I cannot resolve this problem. Any advice on how to address this issue and continue using Hulu on my TV would be greatly appreciated.

I initially signed up for the trial period to enjoy the live football content, but unfortunately, I overlooked the cancellation deadline resulting in a charge to my account, leaving me with only $30. On October 22nd, I believed I had successfully canceled my account before the end of the free trial on October 23rd. However, I was charged $39.99 from my bank account due to a "cancel pending" status. After contacting customer service, they explained that the charge could not be refunded because content was still being accessed after I thought I canceled. I am requesting a refund for the period between October 23rd and November 23rd as the content was only viewed on October 23-24. I'd like to know if it's possible to receive a partial reimbursement of the $39.99 and to have the account canceled sooner than November 23rd once the refund is processed.

I pay $43 a month for Hulu Live, but the audio and video are often out of sync. I have tried all troubleshooting steps I could find online but no luck. This issue is frustrating. I previously sent an email, but was cut off. I cancelled my iTunes subscription around October 29 or 30. If this is not resolved promptly, my attorney will intervene. After a recent breakup, my ex-boyfriend gained access to my personal information, including emails and credit cards. He is now misusing this data on Hulu through my account without permission. I am extremely frustrated with ongoing service problems. After receiving a three-month credit, it was supposed to end on 11/26/[redacted], switching back to charging my credit card. However, today (11/8/[redacted]), while watching Hulu, an error message appeared saying the video wasn’t authorized on my current plan. After rebooting and logging in, it shows no subscription, prompting me to choose a new plan. This situation is unacceptable! I need my account reinstated promptly.

I attempted to register with the call-back robot but did not receive a text with a verification code. When I tried to call, the call disconnected after a 5-minute wait. The customer service approach Hulu uses is unsatisfactory and aggravating. The live chat option proved to be more effective and efficient in resolving issues. I am currently experiencing issues with my Spotify for students account, which includes a free Hulu subscription. I was able to watch a football game on my friend's 2 Hulu Live TV screens through his iPhone. He suggested I could continue using it, and we discussed splitting the cost, as I mainly watch one game per weekend. After several weeks, the access stopped, and I received a message requiring the phone to be on his home wifi. I recently discovered that sharing between households isn't allowed, especially on computer screens, although I'm unsure about iPhones. I hoped to share the $40 monthly fee using his login, but it seems prohibited. Can you please clarify the policy for us? I don't think my friend was aware, and I may have misunderstood it. Firstly, unless one reads the lengthy terms, as Victoria, the very helpful rep, advised me to do, one would not have known that if the bill is due on the 11th each month, the card will be charged at 12:30 A.M. on the 11th. This business practice seems rather deceiving. Charging a card while customers are asleep before businesses close is not seen with Spectrum/Time Warner or AT&T. Only Hulu employs this practice. I intend to inform my [redacted] email recipients, including neighborhood associations, and share it on social media platforms. I will also reach out to relevant entities like the Public Utilities Commission to address this issue. I operate within the confines of the law and believe in fair warning to prevent unfair practices.

I have requested multiple times for HULU to stop charging my card monthly. Despite my requests, the charges continue and my financial institution's Fraud Department has contacted me regularly about these unauthorized charges. I have clearly stated that I did not authorize these charges and have asked for my card to be removed from their system. If this continues, I am prepared to take legal action. My financial institution has escalated this issue to Visa for resolution. I do not use HULU and it's frustrating that my requests have not been honored.

I reached out to Hulu via online chat to address the issue of multiple charges on my account. I noticed charges of $5.99, $7.99 (refunded but recharged), and two charges of $30. Despite the representative saying they did not see the $30 charge, it is clearly shown on my bank statement in the mobile app. This situation has caused a -$63 balance, and I am concerned about the repeated charges and the closure of one of my accounts that wasn't processed as confirmed. Currently embarking on a new job, I cannot sustain a substantial overdraft fine. Reviewing my financial statement after a month of financial strain has caused distress.
