I wanted to try the 7-day free trial of Hulu Live to see if I wanted to subscribe. My existing Hulu account was billed and paid through my Amazon account. I messaged your customer care team last night, and they said I would have to cancel my existing account and re-sign up in order to try Hulu Live or change my plan. So, I contacted Amazon, they canceled my Hulu account, and now I'm trying to set up another Hulu account, but it's saying I already have an account with my email address. I just wanted to try Hulu Live. Why is this so complicated? If I had been able to change my plan through my account to begin with, even if it is billed through Amazon, that would have made things so much easier. Please help!

I am unsure if this feedback will reach the appropriate team, but I need to express my frustration with the new website layout. It is incredibly frustrating because I can no longer easily access comments for shows or navigate through episodes efficiently. The system is flawed as it does not indicate new episodes or retain my watchlist properly. As a student of computer science, I believe I could design a better website. I am only staying for the shows; otherwise, I would switch to a platform with a more user-friendly layout. Please consider this as constructive criticism and make the necessary improvements to enhance user experience. Thank you, Bryan.

I am experiencing various issues with the new layout on Hulu. Many user-friendly features have been removed, making navigation more time-consuming. The system frequently promotes shows I have no interest in, and the server consistently malfunctions. Watching even two episodes is a challenge due to crashes and loading errors within the interface. I have attempted to watch a show eight times without success. Unless these problems are addressed, Hulu risks losing not only my business but also that of many other users. Reverting to the old format would greatly improve the viewing experience.

I am experiencing recurring internet connectivity issues while watching live TV on Hulu. Despite resetting my system, the problem persists, leaving me unable to resume the show for approximately 5 minutes. I have yet to receive the one-month credit promised for previous service disruptions, and I am growing frustrated. As a sports enthusiast, missing important games like last night's baseball match is disappointing. I appreciate Hulu's services but the recurring interruptions are prompting me to explore other options. I recognize that technical glitches can occur, especially during high-traffic events, but a timely resolution and the promised credit would help retain my loyalty.

I paused my account in mid-September until September 28 to avoid the next payment. However, I was still charged on September 28 and it reflected in my account on October 1. I initially wanted to cancel just the Showtime portion but couldn't find an option in the billing area. I put my account on hold hoping to resolve this but was unable to get through to Hulu. Frustrated, I have now canceled my account and demand a refund for the charge on September 28, [redacted]. As a long-time customer, I am extremely upset and vow not to use Hulu again due to poor customer service practices. It's disappointing to discover that many others share my dissatisfaction with Hulu when I searched online. It's a shame because I used to love Hulu and never had issues before.

I am encountering a problem with Hulu on my iPhone stating that it's temporarily disabled, and I need to refresh the app at home every 30 days over wi-fi, but the zip code is incorrect when I attempt to reset it. I use Hulu often on my phone at home, so I'm confused by this issue. Despite entering my username, email, and password accurately, I keep receiving a "single sign-on error." I have been unable to contact customer service by phone as it redirects me to the website I can't access because of the sign-on problem. I am missing the MLB playoffs due to this issue, which is a significant reason why I have a Hulu w/ live tv subscription.

I can log in and watch Hulu on my Apple TV, but I'm struggling to do the same on my laptop. I'm using my email, [redacted], with the password SantinaLove. However, each time I try to enter these details, I'm stuck in a loop with the "I am not a robot" verification process. Despite selecting the correct images, it keeps looping back to the initial page. I've attempted resetting my password, only to face the same issue. This is frustrating as I'm unable to access my subscription content on the go. I would appreciate any assistance. Thank you.

I have been experiencing issues with Hulu when trying to play shows. Despite my internet connection being stable, a playback error constantly interrupts my viewing. It is frustrating as this has been happening multiple times a week recently. I question paying $12 a month for a TV service that consistently fails to load, only to be directed to check my own settings when the issue seems to lie with Hulu. It would be greatly appreciated if Hulu could inform its subscribers when there are technical problems to save us the trouble of troubleshooting needlessly. Instead of enjoying my favorite shows, all I get is a perpetual loading screen.

I'm unable to successfully process payment with my credit card. I contacted support this morning, and they indicated that it might be related to a bank issue. After reaching out to my credit card company, I learned that my card was temporarily suspended due to a fraud alert. I have since resolved this with my credit card company, but I am still unable to make payment on my Hulu account using the card ending in [redacted], which I have used for months. Please assist me in resolving this issue so I can regain access to my Hulu subscription. Thank you.

I placed my Hulu subscription on hold until September as I couldn't afford it. To my surprise, I noticed a charge of 11.99 on my bank statement, leading to a $20 overdraft fee. I contacted customer service, but did not receive a promised callback. I rely on disability income and every penny is allocated. I kindly request the 11.99 refund and reimbursement for the overdraft fee to be credited back to my account promptly. Due to this issue, I am now unable to pay my power bill. I await your email confirming the resolution of this matter. Thank you.

I am unable to access my account. I realized that the account email has been changed to a French email address, which is not mine. Concerned about a possible hack, I have been locked out of my account despite using it earlier today. The password reset email is not reaching my usual address. The transaction ID for my recent payment to Hulu on Sept **, **** is [redacted]. I urgently need assistance to revert the email address and safeguard my financial details. Kindly suspend the account until this matter is resolved. I paid for my subscription on Sept 25th and want to regain access to my account.

A month ago, I canceled my account through a chat with a helpful agent who assured me that the cancellation was processed, and I would receive a refund for the latest charge. Recently, I was surprised to see that I have been billed again for another month without receiving the promised refund. I reached out to another chat agent, Daniel J, who unfortunately did not handle the situation well. He appeared to misunderstand my issue, and when I tried to clarify, he abruptly ended the chat after insisting that the matter was resolved. I am frustrated that my problem remains unresolved, and I believe Daniel J could benefit from some improvement in customer service and communication skills.

I wanted to bring to Hulu's attention an issue we've recently noticed in Birmingham, Alabama. While watching Hulu shows, the programming is clear, but the ads are displaying at poor resolutions. As an advertising agency owner, I understand the importance of ads airing properly for clients. I suspect our local Charter internet provider may be throttling speeds during commercials to save on costs, potentially affecting advertisers and Hulu. While watching ESPN on my ROKU TV, the app constantly exits back to the TV start-up screen at critical moments during games, causing me to miss plays and get frustrated. This issue doesn't occur with other channels, and if it persists, I may cancel my subscription as the main reason I pay for Hulu is to watch games. I have tried other services, and unless this problem is resolved, I see them as a better, less expensive alternative. Despite this significant glitch, I appreciate the app and its content but this recurring interruption is a major issue for me. Sincerely, Gary S

Today, I tried to purchase Hulu on my iPhone to stream the NFL, as I planned to cancel DIRECTV. Unfortunately, when I clicked on NFL, it said it's not available. I purchased the largest subscription available, so I had to cancel it because I couldn't watch the NFL as advertised. I'm confused why you promote the NFL but then I can't access it with the subscription I bought. If this isn't resolved today, I won't consider using Hulu again, and I'll share my dissatisfaction. It's frustrating to charge my card and then have to cancel because the service doesn't deliver. I need to speak with someone urgently; it's disappointing to be unable to reach a live person. Taking payment is fine, but providing the service is a letdown.

When deactivating my account, I encountered a screen freeze that resulted in double charges in my bank account. I attempted to request a call from customer support via GetHuman but was met with a required $5 deposit and a $42 fee for a representative. The online support app was not helpful, directing me to computer issues which weren't my concern. Calling customer service only looped me back to the website with no option to speak with a real person. This lack of human interaction has left me frustrated, as I simply need assistance with my account without all this hassle.

I had signed up for the Hulu Live 7-day free trial in order to test it out before committing. Unfortunately, I missed the deadline to cancel by one day and was charged the $39.99 subscription fee. I was impressed by Hulu Live and plan to subscribe after my current cable contract expires on November 20th. However, due to financial constraints, I kindly request to cancel my subscription and receive a refund for the unused service. I appreciate any assistance in resolving this matter. We have noticed that when our customers use the newly acquired ipv4 address space 64.44.[redacted].0/20, they encounter difficulties accessing Hulu services. Interestingly, when they switch back to our old address space [redacted].[redacted].[redacted].0/19, they have no issues. As a locally government-owned service provider that does not offer VPN or proxy services to customers, we are puzzled by this situation. It seems to be related to BGP path changes resulting from our advertisement of the new space. I have included an LOA and details of the company we acquired the address space from for your reference. I have been charged $11.99 per month since July and I noticed a pending transaction in my bank for October. I didn't remember signing up for Hulu, so I checked my three frequently used email accounts ([redacted], [redacted], and [redacted]) and found that all are linked to a Hulu account. I can't identify the account responsible for the charges as I'm only charged once a month, so only one account must be active. When I try to log in, I see options to renew the subscription or start a free trial, which I decline. I attempted to delete the accounts, but received a message stating I need to wait 24 hours or contact Hulu support for assistance as the request couldn't be fulfilled. I want to terminate all these accounts since I'm being charged despite not using the service. I have lost almost $50 due to this issue. Your help in resolving this is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Hello, I hope you're having a good morning. I terminated my account 3 months ago, but it seems I am still being billed. It appears there might be charges for two accounts. Possibly, my daughter used my card to set up an account. I no longer use this debit card, and when I checked my app today, I noticed charges totaling -$[redacted] in fees, and debits of $11.99 from Hulu. The card number in question ends in [redacted].
