I am experiencing login issues with Hulu on my Roku and iPad. Despite being able to log in on my phone, I keep getting logged out on other devices after watching only one show. The error message blames my Internet connection, but all other devices work fine. This recurring problem is frustrating, especially considering the high monthly fee for the service. If these issues persist, I may have to cancel my subscription as this is not the first time I have encountered this problem.

I encountered an issue with my Hulu account where I got logged out unexpectedly. When trying to log back in, a message about server connection problems popped up. Despite my Wi-Fi being fine, I keep getting the same error message. The system suggests checking Internet settings or visiting the help center. Attempts to call for assistance result in being disconnected, with a prompt to call again. This situation is frustrating; I am a paying customer seeking help with a service outage, only to face unresponsive customer support.

I signed up for a Hulu free trial, but I am being charged $12 and change before the trial should end. I won't have enough money in my bank account by September 28th for this charge. I've only had Hulu for a week and a half, so it should still be part of the trial period. I cannot access Hulu on my TV or phone at the moment. Please cancel my subscription immediately and do not charge me on September 28th. I cannot afford this charge at the moment.

Recently, most of my activity on your service has been through my Xbox due to ongoing issues accessing it on my PC using various browsers over the past few months. I used to rely on logging in via incognito mode in Chrome, but even that stopped working. Although I was able to access the browser service without problems last week, today I'm unable to access it on any browser. I keep encountering error codes, especially metadata-#### and error [redacted], with no information on what's wrong. The inconsistent accessibility of the service is frustrating, and if I can't rely on it, I may need to cancel my subscription. I hope there are known issues causing this problem and would like either some compensation for the inconvenience or to cancel my subscription if the browsing experience doesn't improve.

Hello, my name is Linda Marty. I've been a Hulu Live TV package subscriber for some time now, but I've noticed that there are more commercials with less actual TV content. Recently, I upgraded from "limited commercials" to "no commercials." However, after the upgrade, the commercials have become even longer. I saw in my account that the new add-ons will be charged next month. Does this mean I have to wait until my next billing cycle to enjoy the benefits of the new add-on? My bank account has only been charged a small fee so far. I'm wondering why I can't access the benefits of the new add-on immediately. Since making these changes, the commercials have increased by almost 2 minutes. I considered canceling my account, but decided to give the "no commercials" add-on a chance. Why do I have to wait until next month to see any changes? Thank you, Linda.

I would like to cancel my Hulu account and request a refund for the money charged to my debit card. I signed up for a Sprint phone plan that came with a free Hulu membership, but I mistakenly registered it incorrectly. Despite my error, I kindly ask for your consideration in refunding me as I only used Hulu for two days, assuming it was part of the free trial. I have not used it since. Thank you for reviewing my account, and I appreciate your time in reading my message. I look forward to hearing from you.

Hello, I want to share some feedback regarding the new Hulu interface on the Samsung Smart TV. The new design has numerous flaws that make it frustrating to use. Navigating through titles is more challenging, especially when you need to go back to the top of the page after scrolling down. Additionally, the descriptions for titles are cut off on the main page, making it unclear on how to read the full description. Due to these issues, I now prefer using other streaming apps like Netflix, YouTube, HBOGO, and Amazon Prime. I urge Hulu to improve the interface or revert to the previous one, which was much more user-friendly. Thank you.

Hello, I'm Calvin from CenturyLink. One of our customers, a smaller service provider, has reported an issue with their assigned IP block (8.47.96.0/21) directing users to foreign versions of the Hulu website instead of the U.S. version. The IP block, located in Rochester, NY, is SWIP'd to Greenlight Networks. It includes a specific LOC record with latitude and longitude details. Could someone address this geolocation problem? The CenturyLink ticket number is [redacted]5, and we can be contacted at [redacted]. I will be back in the office on Monday. You can also reach my customer, Lou Goetzman, at [redacted]. I recently purchased a Firestick and subscribed to Hulu for live TV. However, when watching, I consistently encounter a connection error message after a few minutes. I am utilizing the HDMI extender, and my wifi router is located in the same room close to the TV. The router is a Norton Code, and I have not experienced any issues on other devices. This error occurs on all channels and intermittently throughout a show. Could this be a streaming issue?

I am experiencing issues with my Hulu service for the second time within a week. Unfortunately, I am unable to reach the customer service line via phone for assistance. I have consistently paid for my subscription and would appreciate updates on when the service will be restored, clarification on any potential recurrence of this issue, considering it has happened twice in a short period, and details on Hulu's plan to resolve the situation. It is important to me to receive the service I am paying for without interruption.

My membership is currently on hold due to health reasons while I am at Heritage Health rehabilitation facility. I will be here for 4-6 more weeks before returning to Rush Hospital for a second surgery, possibly followed by another 3-5 weeks of rehabilitation, which I am not pleased about. I would like to extend my hold until mid-December to ensure I am back home to enjoy my Hulu subscription. I am experiencing an issue with my Hulu with Live TV where it is showing me channels from a location four hours away due to the incorrect zip code entry. Instead of receiving the local channels in my area, such as KIDK CBS Channel 3, KIFI ABC Channel 8, and KXPI Fox 5, I am getting channels from Boise, Idaho, which are not accessible to me. This also affects the programming on those channels being unavailable. I am located in zip code [redacted] and need Hulu to provide me with the correct local channels. Furthermore, I have noticed that I am unable to access any ESPN channels for unknown reasons.

I am experiencing issues with Hulu continuously disconnecting. I have tested my network by using other streaming services like Netflix and CBS All Access without any problems. However, when I watch Hulu on my Fire Stick, the connection drops frequently. I am also questioning when new episodes will be added to Hulu. Some shows like Braxton Family Values and The Real Housewives of Atlanta have new seasons, but they are not available on Hulu. I would like to know the frequency of updates and address the connection problem as I pay for the subscription without any previous issues. Watching Hulu becomes frustrating due to the persistent disconnections on my Fire Stick. Can someone please provide assistance with this matter?

I recently noticed charges on my bank statement for a subscription I no longer want. I initiated the 11.99/month plan's free trial and was first billed on 5/7/18. Subsequent charges of $11.99 were made on 6/7/18, 8/7/18, and 9/7/18, skipping 7/7/18. When attempting to cancel online, the system prompts me to start a new trial despite my account not being active. I want a refund for the months I was charged despite my account's inactivity. It's crucial to resolve this promptly as I don't wish to pay for an unused account if the site doesn't recognize my initial sign-up. Your prompt assistance is appreciated. Thank you.

I have been trying to cancel my Hulu subscription multiple times without success. Even though I thought I had successfully cancelled it before, I noticed a charge on my bank statement at 3:04 am today. I am confused as the service is still accessible on my TV. Unfortunately, I deleted my account before cancelling the subscription, so now I can't contact tech support to ensure Hulu doesn't have my card/account details. I am worried they might still be charging me. When an account is deleted, is the subscription and card information also removed from Hulu's records? Your help would be appreciated.

I am experiencing a connection error on both my Roku TV and Xbox when trying to watch shows on Hulu. I can log in without any issues, but when I select a show to watch, an error occurs. Although my phone, laptop, and desktop PC are streaming fine, the Roku TV and Xbox are not cooperating. The Roku TV error doesn't provide a code, but the Xbox error is giving me "playlist-4-38bcc2f4" at Sun Sep 30 [redacted] 11:17:23 GMT-[redacted]. I've tested other streaming services on both devices, and they work well, ruling out internet problems. I've also uninstalled and reinstalled the Hulu apps, removed and re-added the devices on my account, and restarted them, all without success. I want to enjoy Hulu on my TV for the best viewing experience. Can you assist in resolving this issue?

I have noticed that Hulu has been charging me $5.99 per month for several months now. I am confident that I did not intentionally sign up for your service. It is possible that I accidentally clicked a button that signed me up, and if that is what occurred, I recommend implementing measures to prevent accidental sign-ups. I kindly request for you to review your records and confirm that I have never utilized your service. I would have reached out to Hulu upon noticing the first charge, but due to personal circumstances, such as dealing with Childhood Trauma and the loss of my spouse five years ago, I have significant challenges in managing various responsibilities. I hope that by sharing this information, especially about PTSD, it raises awareness about this condition affecting not only war veterans. A friend of mine, who is a war veteran with PTSD, recognizes that I too have been through intense experiences. I want to emphasize that I do not use Hulu (I have Comcast) and I expect a refund for all the unauthorized charges deducted from my account. Additionally, I am concerned about how Hulu obtained my account information.

I'm new to streaming live TV and have tried services like Sling, PS Vue, and Hulu. I like Hulu for its regional channels and library access, but I face frequent connection issues regardless of the device I use. I often encounter black screens and fast-forwarded playback while watching regional channels, leading to disconnections that require me to restart the app. Paying $40 a month for a service that fails to work properly a significant portion of the time is frustrating.

Hello, my name is Sean Hogan. I can be reached at [redacted] and my address is [redacted] Via pimpollo San Clemente CA [redacted]. I am the father of a 17-year-old son and 16-year-old triplets. Some years ago, my children, without my permission, added my information to our "smart TV" to assist me, unaware of the financial complications due to my wife managing our accounts secretly. Upon discovering unauthorized accounts on platforms like Amazon, Netflix, CBS, and HULU, I contacted these companies. For instance, Amazon refunded me for two years of unused Prime membership. However, I faced difficulties with HULU regarding unauthorized transactions. Despite multiple calls and emails attempting to address the issue, I encountered unresponsive customer service representatives and unresolved charges. I have disputed these charges with my bank and stopped my son Connor's credit card. I hope this ongoing issue can be addressed promptly, considering my circumstances. I look forward to a resolution and appreciate your attention. Thank you for your time. Have a pleasant evening. Sean Hogan

I have a Sprint plan, and I assumed that by activating my phone, my Hulu account would be active too. So, I created a Hulu account with add-ons for $16.95 a month under an email address. Later, I found out that there is a Hulu plan available with Sprint linked to the same email. I canceled the subscription with Sprint, hoping to access my old account, but I realized it lacks the add-ons. I haven't been able to access my original account since I created it. I would appreciate any assistance in resolving this issue. I acknowledge this confusion is my mistake and would like to ensure I am not paying for a Hulu account that I cannot access. Thank you for your time.
