I canceled my subscription June **, ****. Yet I have noticed that I have still been charged for the past * months still.. I had a student account so the amount is only $*.**.. but I cut certain things out to lower my expenses.. and I hadn’t even used it at all. Just want to know why I’m still being charged if my account is showing that it’s inactive.
GetHuman-brandidw did not yet indicate what Hulu should do to make this right.
