I had been sent an email that after my ** month discount was up, because I had be such a valued customer, they would give me another ** months at the same $*.** a month. I contacted them to make sure, even though I tried Hulu live for a week, to watch the last Sharknado, they said I would still receive the continued discount. I looked at my account and found out it still says discount ends Sept **rd. I'll be billed $*.** on October **th. To be fixed, I'd like to know what's going on. Thank you
