I ordered Hulu service after 'cutting the cord' w* major cable service as it got way too expensive. At the time I ordered it I didnt realize we should be getting it already for free as a perk of being a Sprint customer. We are on a fixed income as I am a ***% service related disabled vet and even $** a month is a lot of $. So we've been paying for months for a service that should've been free. How can we remedy this so $ will no longer auto pay out? And, can I be reimbursed for the months of service we shouldnt have been charged for?
