Good morning,*I discovered today that I have been billed twice on two different payment methods (American Express and PayPal) for my $*.** monthly Hulu fee. I authorized the charge on my American Express, but not the duplicate charge on PayPal. I do not have more than one Hulu account. Furthermore, I never received a receipt from either Hulu or PayPal regarding the second $*.** charge. The lack of payment confirmation combined with my extremely infrequent use of PayPal resulted in nearly * years of double payments (since October ****) for my single Hulu account. I have placed a one-week hold on the *****@***.com account (billed to the AmEx) to avoid another charge to this credit card while this issue is investigated. However, I am unable to cancel or hold the PayPal charge because I never created an account using this billing method and therefore do not have the ability to control payment options. Please cancel the PayPal payment of $*.** associated with the email address *****@***.com prior to the next billing cycle. **I am requesting an investigation into this matter and would greatly appreciate a full refund for the double charges that were billed without my authorization. I enjoy Hulu and its original content and have been a loyal subscriber for many years. I have confidence that Hulu will be able to resolve this issue in my favor and that changing streaming providers due to lost confidence in Hulu will not be necessary. **I look forward to hearing from you and greatly appreciate your help!**Thank you,*Nicholas Sanders
