I was trying to cancel my free trial but was charged. ... I was signed up for a free trial and then canceled it but after I canceled the trial, it continued to show I had a pending trial for months afterwards all while charging me for the trial that was already previously canceled and was still showing up as a free trial. I have finally officially got the trial canceled after roughly * months but would like to be refunded the $**.** cents that I was charged for this canceled free trial.
This was especially frustrating because even after canceling my free trial was still showing up for over a month afterwards and would not stop. Even though it was showing that I was still on the trial I was charged.
I would like a refund for this mistake.
I am a new customer to this and was considering signing up for Hulu but after getting charged for a free trial that would not end even after I had canceled it has made things inconvient for me.
I’ve submitted this problem to Hulu’s website as well as this website for help on this issue.
