I was talking on the chat about Hulu charging me for the premium channels when I tried to cancel it and she helped me with it by resetting my account and she said I could get the one with no commercials and it would be absolutely no charge and that would be my free trial and that it would start over I have proof that was said I can email it to you if you would like and now I’m being charged when it’s supposed to be a brand new trial
GetHuman-juliedia did not yet indicate what Hulu should do to make this right.
