I want to know why $** was taken off my Direct Express card this morning August *,****. Now I added live tv to my account last month but the issue is that after a week I couldn't watch it no more. For some reason it was taken off and i didn't remove it from my account. Now im getting charged $** for something i couldnt enjoy. Ive always been a good paying customer. I've always paid my bills I've been with u guys for a while now. I've never had to complain about anything but this is not fair because I really wanted my live tv due to me not having cable. So the question is why was my live tv removed from my account without my consent but yet im being charged for it without even being able to watch it for not even a month just a week. I dont understand this at all.
GetHuman-arethaba did not yet indicate what Hulu should do to make this right.
