Kept getting connection issues this month anytime I tried to skip ahead it’d disconnect me. I finally decided to cancel yesterday. I listed this as my reason for canceling. Got the email stating I’d have service till ****. My services were cancelled last night. I called today was met with rude, unhelpful supervisor with no resolution on being billed for a full month but not receiving the full service I paid for. I’d ended up requesting a refund for the current month but she refused and reprimanded me for not calling earlier. Offered no other resolution. I’d like to be contacted to get this resolved.
