Account holder name, Account number, Billing address, Last 4 digits of Social Security number, Email address on the account, and Phone number on the account
The issue in GetHuman-cindymcn's own words
Someone had taken money out of my bank account.*In order to stop it from happening again I had to open a new account & get a new debit card. Since I do have most of my payments made directly out of my account The bank suggested that I switch to using my debit card number for these type of payments.*I sent my new card number to Hulu & also called customer service to confirm that they got my message & that my payments could be switched to use the debit card. The person I spoke to said I needed to provide my previous account number before I could do that.*I don't recall what that is because the bank removed that account so that who ever was getting into my bank account would not be able to get in again. So all I really needed was to have my account number for billing purposes changed to use the new number I had provided.*Every other service I contact ed just automatically did it so my payments would go through without any problems! I did not have to go back to the bank to get my previous payment information They just immediately switched the payment method!*I don't remember what the previous number is so if you still need that for some reason I can not provide it so you can close my account.

GetHuman-cindymcn did not yet indicate what Hulu should do to make this right.
